At gym, listening music, I usually follow the beat with my feet and I think people think I'm listening disco o pop music, but, actually...is classical music.

I don't have enough time to read all the books I want. When I read one, I add two o three more to my list 😂

Today, we celebrate not just the day you were born, but the courage you showed in a world that tried to silence you. You were a quiet force of resilience—choosing truth over conformity, love over fear. In the face of immense societal pressure, you stood beside Anne Lister, not as a shadow, but as an equal partner in one of history’s bravest love stories.
Your legacy is not just one of endurance, but of quiet heroism. You remind us that bravery doesn’t always shout—sometimes, it whispers and still changes the world.

Part of me feels very lonely since many years ago. I have passed through experiences that I had to manage alone, without help and being in some cases very young.
None of my friends have had any similar experiences but I've talked with them about some things that make me feel sad because I thought I could find in them a safe place. But, although their intention is good when they give me tips or their opinion, I don't feel understood at all.
I don't need tips, I don't need opinions. I just want a safe place to be myself and feel understood.

Oops you didn't catch it!
It's not on the script. So, is it maybe a blooper? A last decision? A joke?

(Spoiler alert)
S1 starts with Ann talking about Anne (with Aunt Ann)
and ends with Ann and Anne married.
S2 starts with Anne talking about Ann (with Aunt Ann)
and ends with Anne and Ann (re) married.
Whatever happens in the middle, it's clear both are the most important thing for each other.
Also, the fact that the series doesn't start with Anne but with Ann it's just perfect.

I’ve been thinking about the portraits of Anne Lister and, more concretely, about the last one. I think I’ve read that it was finished after Anne passed away and that Ann supervised it. So, with these ideas in my mind I’ve been musing that, we don’t have a photo of her to see how accurate it is, but we could think that if Ann supervised it, then, it has to be what Anne looked like.
But, then, I thought that we, people, sometimes are subjective, so, maybe, that portrait is not exactly what Anne looked like but it is the way Ann saw her.
And… isn’t it lovely to have the perspective of Ann? Isn’t it lovely to have the way Ann saw her wife?

On 25th February 1854, Ann Walker passed away and, yesterday (and a bit today, too) I spent the entire day sensitive, emotional and sad. Hoping that, in that day, she was feeling completely in peace, without any pain and knowing she deserved the best.
Thanks for exist, thanks for your braveness, Ann.

It's difficult -for me- to have a favourite kiss of them, although, this one has something very special. Every kiss has something special, but this one... I don't know what it is... Maybe...the softness, the way Ann looks at Anne screaming: oh, kiss me! How Anne approaches Ann, touches her face, or that Ann holds her breath and sighs after the kiss. Or....maybe, all of it.

I was watching a bird on my balcony and effortlessly, I've imagined that I was that bird and I've started to feel how should be to be there and, suddenly, to see a tree or another building and, without any doubt, just jump and fly to there, with the abyss beneath me.
