20 Minute Workout
I'm roughly 170lbs retired gymnast that hasn't even attempted working out in over 6 months. I've been drinking a lot and eating like shit. I spent all my time scrolling on my phone. I decided to try a 20 minute easy at home workout and it fucking KICKED my ass. To be honest it was discouraging as fuck, made me feel so far away from my goal. I didn't even finish the work out I made it through 13 minutes and got embarrassed. Now I'm just planning the next workout.

5:05pm I'm bored at home. I spent 3hr scrolling on TikTok instead of being productive. I'm going to see how many things I can do from now until bed without using my phone for anything unnecessary like social media or games. I'll give myself about 45 minutes to play my games later tonight. My ideas so far are do an exercise, take a shower, wax my eyebrows/face, read tarot, make spells, do some art, or play with the cats. Journaling is also an option which I can use my phone or laptop or pencil doesn't matter. I think I'd like to try and design a real night/morning routine. I don't know what method to try because I never seem to stick to what I say.

3:52 P.M.
Sometimes when I look out my window I can't tell if I'm seeing the past or the future. Lying in my bed from this angle all I can see out the window are clouds. Sometimes they are white and fluffy, very prominent in the sky. Sometimes they are grey and cover the whole sky you can't see where they start or end. Either way they look like a reflection of what once was or what is to come. The other day the clouds were pink, I still don't know what that means.
