Yes. This is true.

I love how Bart could have very well embodied the Born Sexy Yesterday trope, but instead she's constantly covered in dirt and/or blood, terrible posture, just kind of wearing whatever clothes she happens across, hair that hasn't been brushed or washed in years, possibly even 16 years.

Yes she is clueless and doesn't know how the world works. But that's because she's been on a 16 year long murder spree and couldn't really give a shit about anything else, least of all her appearance.

Her dynamic with Ken is not about Ken teaching her about the world and eventually sleeping with her. Her dynamic with Ken is her grabbing Ken by the shirtsleeve and dragging him along with her as she murders her way through America trying to find Dirk. And eventually Ken is like "holy shit her Whole Thing is actually real, I guess I must be here for a reason. Guess I'll stay". And he DOES teach her about things in the world that she hadn't known about before. But they don't kiss, they don't sleep together, their relationship isn't romantic!

Because Bart is not an object, she's not there for men to be attracted to, she's a leaf on the stream of creation.
