tr*mp just FIRED THE ACTING ATTORNEY GENERAL for saying she wouldn’t defend the immigration ban in court because she didn’t think it was legal. SHE WAS FIRED FOR DISSENTING. SHE WAS FIRED FOR DOING HER JOB. REMEMBER THIS. THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF A PUBLIC PURGE OF DISSENTERS.

my condolences to anyone who’s ever lost me and to anyone who got lost in me or to anyone who ever felt they took a loss with me. my apologies. for the misunderstanding or the lack thereof. i’m sorry you missed the God in me. and i’m sorry you missed the light. i’m sorry you forgot the way i arose like the moon, night after night. with the burden to forgive eager to feed you everything. see.. i’m a holy woman. i know what it’s like to give life to a being without ever needing to press skin against one another. i’ve practiced how to hold my tongue long enough, i’m afraid i forgot to say goodbye. i’m afraid you’re under the impression that i was made to please you. i was under the impression, you understood me better. the truth is, i’m a super woman. and somedays i’m an angry woman. and somedays i’m a crazy woman. for still waiting.. for still loving harder even if i’m aching. for still trusting that I’m still worth the most. for still searching for someone to understand me better.

had to reblog, this is sick
Déjà Vu - the experience of being certain that you have experienced or seen a new situation previously – you feel as though the event has already happened or is repeating itself. The experience is usually accompanied by a strong sense of familiarity and a sense of eeriness, strangeness, or weirdness. The “previous” experience is usually attributed to a dream, but sometimes there is a firm sense that it has truly occurred in the past.
Déjà Vécu - is what most people are experiencing when they think they are experiencing deja vu. Déjà vu is the sense of having seen something before, whereas déjà vécu is the experience of having seen an event before, but in great detail – such as recognizing smells and sounds. This is also usually accompanied by a very strong feeling of knowing what is going to come next.
Déjà Visité -  a less common experience and it involves an uncanny knowledge of a new place. For example, you may know your way around a a new town or a landscape despite having never been there, and knowing that it is impossible for you to have this knowledge. Déjà visité is about spatial and geographical relationships, while déjà vécu is about temporal occurrences. Nathaniel Hawthorne wrote about an experience of this in his book “Our Old Home” in which he visited a ruined castle and had a full knowledge of its layout. He was later able to trace the experience to a poem he had read many years early by Alexander Pope in which the castle was accurately described.
Déjà Senti - Déjà senti is the phenomenon of having “already felt” something. This is exclusively a mental phenomenon and seldom remains in your memory afterwards. In the words of a person having experienced it: “What is occupying the attention is what has occupied it before, and indeed has been familiar, but has been forgotten for a time, and now is recovered with a slight sense of satisfaction as if it had been sought for. The recollection is always started by another person’s voice, or by my own verbalized thought, or by what I am reading and mentally verbalize; and I think that during the abnormal state I generally verbalize some such phrase of simple recognition as ‘Oh yes—I see’, ‘Of course—I remember’, etc., but a minute or two later I can recollect neither the words nor the verbalized thought which gave rise to the recollection. I only find strongly that they resemble what I have felt before under similar abnormal conditions.”
Jamais Vu - Jamais vu (never seen) describes a familiar situation which is not recognized. It is often considered to be the opposite of déjà vu and it involves a sense of eeriness. The observer does not recognize the situation despite knowing rationally that they have been there before. It is commonly explained as when a person momentarily doesn’t recognize a person, word, or place that they know. Chris Moulin, of Leeds University, asked 92 volunteers to write out “door” 30 times in 60 seconds. He reported that 68 per cent of his guinea pigs showed symptoms of jamais vu, such as beginning to doubt that “door” was a real word. This has lead him to believe that jamais vu may be a symptom of brain fatigue.
Presque Vu - Presque vu is very similar to the “tip of the tongue” sensation – it is the strong feeling that you are about to experience an epiphany – though the epiphany seldom comes. The term “presque vu” means “almost seen”. The sensation of presque vu can be very disorienting and distracting.

Curly hair update 31/01/17
HOLA! I’m baaaaaaaaaack :’)
I went through a lil tumultuous ride with my hair products/hair from the 17th till now, but I’m here so I’ll tell y’all about it!
Basically, when I wrote my first post, it really didn’t go to plan at all. My hair was so heavy and very gel-like in texture. IT was soooo weighed down. I literally lost all hope at a care-free, defined, curly and VOLUMISED head of hair. But I didn’t give up!
So from that experience, I googled how to get volume for curly hair and somewhere along I found a suggestion to not put product in my roots. This advice seemed like a godsend because I really never considered it before. I also found that using a diffuser on my hair helped with volume too. But I didn’t have one and wasn’t planning on purchasing one soon cos I’m very low on the $$$$.
Anyway, I tried this. I did the alternating between shampoo/co-wash and using it in conjunction with my leave-in and curling creme. Same routine. Just slightly diff way of implementing it. I also haven’t deep conditioned properly since just cos, if I were to deep condition, I want to do it for a couple of hours, not just half an hour. My hair still really needs a good drink and i’m not sure when it’ll stop needing it. Probably never.
Another thing I also implemented was the way I defined my curls. Aside from mixing leave in and curling creme together, giving me a way to use just enough curl creme but not too much (which resulted in gel-like results before), I also changed the way I used my fingers to style them. Instead of twirling them(basically coiling as I go?), I coiled each section around my fingers and let them set pressing, and then let go. IT makes such a big difference as I am able to shake each big ringlet i make off, when I am done and just let it air dry into a beautiful bunch of coily(getting there) curls.
So yeah. That’s the current situation. The only thing I need to work on now is getting my curls to be more voluminous. Then I can worry about the curliness of my hair.

Day 1 of my Curly hair journey for 2017!
Today, the 17th of January, marks the day that I have officially begun being committed to my curls! Yay for them! They’ve been crying for a good drink!
My inspiration for today’s curl routine came from SunKissAlba’s (youtuber) most recent routine for winter curls! It seemed the most simple for me to follow as opposed to all her summer stuff (even though it is summer over here in Aus.) She had explained everything really thoroughly, so I thought, what the heck, my hair’s going to be healthier anyway, regardless of whether I implement a Winter or Summer routine you know?
I started off with AsIAm’s Coconut Co-Wash. Next time I will shampoo but for today I started with Co-Washing. I’m pretty happy with it to be honest. I didn’t have to use much, which is great because it means it’ll last me a long time! Won’t be a waste of money/have to waste money any time soon! Coconut is so organic and good for my hair too, but no one needs to be reminded because it’s literally the holy grail! There’s also castor oil in it as well, which means it’ll promote growth, especially since I rubbed it in to my roots! Yay! :)
Next I went ahead and conditioned my hair with SheaMoisture’s Superfruit Complex, 10-In-1 Renewal System with Marual Oil and Biotin Conditioner. Long name, phew! I mainly thought this conditioner would be the best for me right now because my hair is damaged. Although I tried using organic products, I might have damaged it by using supermarket shampoos/conditioners here and there, straighteners and probably  the main culprit, hairdryers. This apparently will hydrate, nourish, soften, anti-stress, shine and strengthen my hair with it’s good ingredients and the special additions of Marula, Biotin and Superfruit complex. This was good although I had trouble opening the pump at first (my fault.) I am slightly worried I used a few too many pumps though, so next time I go for it, I should divide my hair in halves and mindfully rake it through each half from root to tip. Depending on how I go, I am thinking I might order another conditioner or two next time I order online from SheaMoisture, and possibly try other ones from their brand.
So this step was optional, and basically depended on your hairs needs. My hair was in deep need of a good drink. So I treated it to BrioGeo’s ‘Don’t Despair, Repair,’ deep conditioning mask. Once raking it through my hair, I kept it there for 20 minutes and then rinsed it out. One thing I think I noticed is that I thought my products I’d applied before mixed with this one. So I think careful application of my conditioner and careful rinsing out of it is needed before I get this one in. Other than that, I have a future suggestion to maybe actually stop showering and keep it there for longer - mainly because my hair isn’t used to this yet and needs all the nourishment it can get. But I liked this step. It felt nice, but I can’t say it made me immediately feel a difference you know?
Before I go on, I must say - all the shea moisture products MHMMM, smell so bloody good! I am quite glad, because my bathroom’s gonna smell amazing but anyway.
After this, I wrapped my hair in a silk slip dress I’d just been wearing ( i know, sweat, gross, but it was literally there and I’m lazy so...) and I waited till my hair wasn’t exactly wet, but damp.
Once I took it out, I raked Shea Moisture’s ‘Strengthen and Grow, Leave-In Conditioner with Shea butter, Peppermint and Keratin.’ The good type of keratin ofcourse!
This actually felt really nice on my hair, smelt good and made me feel like I was a fancy person who was always in a routine HAHA! Next, I went ahead with SheaMoisture’s 100% Pure Monoi Oil! It’s rich in Vit C, antioxidants and has Coconut Water and Tiare (?) flower!!! Could it get any better? Anyway, I raked it in halfway to the ends.
After this, I implemented my curl enhancing smoothie, again by Shea Moisture. Now here is where I encountered a slight bit of difficulty. It was great when I raked it all in, from root to tip. Absolutely awesome. But, it was when I go to finger curling all of my hair that it became problematic. I feel like some parts of my hair started drying up when I tried curling it, meaning that I had to go back and put more smoothie on it to make it a little damp again and ‘curlable.’ Other than that, this coconut and hibiscus gem with silk protein and neem oil is really cool I think. My hair’s still drying right now, but it is making my hair seem real shiny I think.
What I’d change is that I might do my routine on wet hair next time, to see if the friz deflates a little. It’s literally no way near frizz levels of my hair normally, which is amazing. But there was a slight bit of frizz towards the end because my hair was drying from being damp, whilst I was finger curling.
I think two things I will get next time or maybe even three are a good hairdryer, diffuser and clips! They would be useful I think.
