I desperately need this series/season of Taskmaster to end with Jason Mantzoukas getting onto the roof of the Taskmaster house. Just climbing up there, standing up proudly, and taking in the fresh air. Maybe he plants an American flag - or a flag with his face on it, I’m not fussy.

Just please let him on the roof.

 A crumb of mutual pining for you:

Mouthwashing Actor AU where you’re one of the makeup artists on set.

It takes hours helping Swansea, Anya, and Daisuke put on fake blood, of making them look sickly and malnourished. It takes all morning to get Curly through makeup, and that’s before the prosthetics go on.

Then it’s time for Jimmy. You only need maybe half an hour to give him dark circles under the eyes, emphasize the wrinkles on his face, and some bruises and discoloration to make him look sallow. You take your time working on his face. Curly’s still getting into costume, so there’s no rush.

To everyone else, you’re just a perfectionist. And maybe that’s a little true, but then you’re touching Jimmy’s face, holding his jaw to make him look this way and that. He gives you a look that says he absolutely knows what you’re doing, and he doesn’t mind one bit.

(Bonus points if you need to touch-up his scar and lean in close to his lips.)

Jimmy needs a few seconds before the cameras can start rolling. The red across his face is making the makeup look a little off. But that’s fine. He can always come back to you for a little touch-up.

Taskmaster + Mouthwashing

I’m not a skilled enough artist to draw it, but can someone please make this a thing? You can even tie it into the Actor AU, if you want, but I just want these five disasters sitting on that stage and doing the most unhinged stuff ever.

(Polle can be the host, and a golden bottle of mouthwash can be the trophy if we’re going all in.)

Mouthwashing Cowboy AU to the tune of “Hell’s Coming With Me” by Poor Man’s Poison. In all honesty, a couple of their songs apply to Mouthwashing very well in general, but I’ll focus on just this one song. Some of the lyrics that apply very well:
