Ugggg
I hate to admit it...but I've continued to gain weight! What the hell is going on with me??? Can't get my mind right...my job that I love consumes my time and offers more stress than I would like to admit...and lets not forget the whole trying to earn a doctorate degree...oh yea while being a mommy and wife. I think those are all the excuses that I have...so now...what should I do about this? I need to make some changes! NOW! ...talking to my Mr today I realized that it was a treadmill that helped jump start my weightloss...that $500 machine changed my life a few years ago. Although it didn't make it in the cross country move, perhaps a new one will help me get started. I'm back to the drawing board until I figure out what I need to do to get this done!

Detox Day 4 and results
So detox day 4 wasn't bad. I was tempted since I was at work but I stayed strong. My rests of 4 days no meat, processed food, sugar, bread and any other good thing is this: CW: 180.6 Hips: 37 Breast: 39 I haven't seen any other changes from previous measurement.

Detox Day 3...
Uggg...this was not the best day..,I was angry...aggravated...upset at everyone...for no reason. Well I guess there is a reason. The lack of calories, carbs or something left me feeling like uggg.

Detox Recap of Day 1
So we (Mr and I) are on a detox for 4 days...the change is longer but these first 4 days are labeled as the hardest. Yesterday was day 1...it wasn't bad. Yes I was tempted but I didn't cave. Even having lunch with my boss at Panera bread had no effect...I had salad...no meat and no bread. Dinner was interesting but we made it through. No headaches as of yet.
