It's involves the Wim hof breathing technique and pink noise. It's very easy to do and you will get into the void state on your first try using this ♡. Wait, ik some of y'all think that wim hof breathing is very fast pace, but there's an alternative which is the beginners one and people still shifted using that. Wim hof breathing is the best when you're trying to relax and release all stress/ doubts because it makes your thought process slow down by releasing dmt NATURALLY. This technique works by putting your body and mind into a deep trance state, whereby after you can start affirming for the void state. And don't worry, if you fall asleep because this method also helps you to lucid dream. If you do so happen to fall asleep while attempting this method, you're might find yourself in a lucid dream, you can affirm for a portal or dream character to take you straight into the void state.

1. You attempt this technique before bed, morning or during the day. Whatever time suits you the best <3.

The Junkyufairy Challenge
I got into the void state yesterday and it was based on the success story of @junfairykyu. I followed her for a long time and was even friends with her for a month before she left and seeing her enter motivated me and I basically took her success story and tweaked it a bit and I ended up entering in 5 days. Her success story:
The Steps:
1. Instant Money Manifestation Challenge:
This part comes from this reddit post that got a bunch of success stories with it:
However I am going to explain in detail how I used it and how I recommend you using it too. Ideally you want to do this as soon as you wake up, sometime during the afternoon and before falling asleep. Unfortunately for me I would be too tired in the morning and then decide I couldn't do anything for the day and procrastinate that way so don't do that. It doesn't matter when you do it, just do it.
Also, this is what you're going to do. Close you eyes and think about how you feel about the fact that you haven't entered the void and your current 3d circumstances. Allow yourself to feel how you feel about that. Only do this for 30 seconds. Then say to yourself, I don't have to feel like this anymore because I know I'm going to wake up/enter the void. Then imagine waking up to your desired reality. Imagine the things you want and feel how happy it makes you feel. Start going off on a tangent, like whatever it is that you're manifesting and really looking forward to, just start imagining and feeling it freely. Like one time I was imagining the money I was manifesting in the void and I imagined going into a store and buying whatever I wanted and loving that, then I imagined people congratulating me on being so young but so rich, then I imagined opening up my bank account and seeing so much money, i imagined going on fun trips because of my money, etc. Just go with the flow, wherever your imagination takes you. At the same time, you want to affirm your affirmation. Mine was always "I love how I always wake up in the void aware" Sometimes your imaginations and visualizations are so much more fun to imagine and feel and you might not affirm and that's fine. Sometimes you don't rlly have anything else to visualize so then just affirm. This should be a really fun activity and you should really feel it. Make sure to the third one as you fall asleep because that's basically SATS and SATS is powerful.
2. Pinterest Manifesting
She told me this a week before she entered and I'm not sure if she used it herself or not (I think she did though) but I did use it and it worked. Basically create a pinterest account and just start finding pictures of your dream life and start putting it there. I also put pictures of success stories (including junfairkyu's) there. Then listen to this subliminal for 30 minutes (thats all you need!):

That is all. That's all I did. The rest of your day, try to not even think about the void and if you do, just tell yourself that you always wake up in it and that you're going to wake up in it tonight. This also comes from @junfairykyu because she told me how she realized that when she's busy and just does something to set her manifestation and then is busy with the rest of her life it acc comes. I know when she entered, she was very busy with her job and school and everything else. For me, I do work but on days that I don't work I just made a bunch of goals like clean the house, wash shoes, and finish watching shows that I was behind on. Just make yourself busy and rest assured that you will enter the void.
My Success Story:
Following this exact routine i was able to enter the void in 5 days. I have known about the void ever since angel first posted about it so its been almost 2 years now. I struggled all this time and I think my biggest problem was I would get motivated and make very complex plans on how I would enter. I am going to copy and paste a previous schedule I had:
1. Wake up at 330 and do phase method
2. Wake up at 5 and affirm for 30 minutes and then get ready for work
3. Do voidprincessblog left brain meditation
4. Listen to subliminals (each for 1 hour)
5. Do alunir void meditations (both)
6. Do Mary Kate manifesting meditation
7. SATS and go to sleep early for phase
^I lasted one day on this plan and I would always make this same error of making complicated plans so I wouldn't be consistent and keep failing. So when I finally made a fun and easy plan, I ended up entering.
Another thing is actually comprehending manifesting. Until junfairkyu I had no friends to talk about manifesting to and I never rlly stopped to think abt what I had actually thought about everything and I had just followed whatever the trend was. However junfairykyu questioned me and I thought about it and realized all my success stories came from feeling and visualizing and that is what made sense to me too.
Final thing is not being on this app. Don't!! Because there's always drama stupid and it would always mess me up so I stayed completely off.
What I Manifested:
-> everything on my pinterest boards (straight thick healthy hair, desired looks (feline beauty), desired body (from my pinterest photos), clear skin, all the little clothes and items I put on my pinterest board)
-> desired school life (i was a online student but i revised my past to have always been going to school in person and have great friend groups, fun classes, top grades, etc)
-> IVE concert (i love IVE and kpop groups usually don't ever come where I live but I manifested them coming near me)
-> self confidence
-> pretty privelege

I woke up in the void and I wasn't really sure where I was at first but when I realized, I just said "I live my dream life" because that's what junfairykyu did and I did it too.

ARE YOU TIRED OF NOT ENTERING THE VOID? DO YOU WANT A VERY EASY, ALMOST GUARANTEED METHOD TO ENTER?
Well let me tell you my story. My name is Rarin and I have been in the community for more than a year and I have tried everything and struggled and given up many times but always found my way back because bad situations.
Last night I entered the void state and it was by the easiest method I've ever tried. Basically all I did was play this video: https://youtu.be/22vOkSWiNwQ and fall asleep. Now you can read through thr comment sections and everyone seemed to get lucid dreams every time they played this. Don't worry the music isn't too jarring or anything like that either.
Anyways I played it and was falling asleep. I didn't even affirm for the void or anything, I was just thinking about a anime I watched (gorgeous I know u like anime, you should check out ice guy and his cool female colleague). Anyways I gained awareness and I was in the void but I wasn't sure so I just affirmed for a few minutes and nothing really changed so I just affirmed for my desired face and to always wake up in the void and I woke up with my desired face and tonight I know I'm going to wake up in thr void and I can manifest the rest of everything.
This is literally the easiest method ever and you're guaranteed to get atleast something, if it's a lucid dream, make sure you're doing finger taps or something regularly and then make a portal or something for the void. If you end up in sleep paralysis, make sure to affirm and get into the void. And if you just end up straight in the void like me, make sire to affirm ur desires.
I am literally so happy right now and gorgeous I just wanted to thank u for all your help. You were honestly the only blogger I followed and all your advice helped me so much. I cant believe i have my desired face, i look so cute. I love you ❤️

A GUIDE TO GETTING SHIT DONE WHEN YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE IT
Remember that starting is the hardest
Once you get into it, you’ll be on a roll. I often procrastinate for hours and then when I finally panic enough to start doing work, it’s not nearly as bad as I expect and I’m always annoyed that I didn’t start 3 hours ago gdi
Get your books out
Textbooks, notes, pens, everything. This works surprisingly well – sometimes just setting your things up in front of you can be a good enough motivator for you to get started. (And at least if someone walks in it looks like you’re doing something.)
Do one question
Just one. Do Q1a. One piddly little question. If you still want to set fire to your school and/or self, take a 5 minute break and then try another question. Continue like this until you get into it.
Don’t worry if you can’t get into it
Sometimes it just isn’t meant to be (but you shouldn’t decide this before at least trying!). In these situations it can be better to have a guilt-free break for half an hour and then come back and repeat the process. Don’t worry friends – even if you only get two questions done, or half a paragraph written, or one page read, something is better than nothing every time.
If you do get into it, DON’T TAKE A BREAK!
This goes against most people’s advice and I won’t recommend it for everyone: if you know that you work better with breaks, take breaks. For me, however, if I’m on a roll and I take a break, that motivation rolls right on without me and I go back to feeling like crap and not wanting to do anything. Then you have to begin the entire process again and ajdjfadsklfjasdjf !!!!!!! If you’re kicking ass, then keep kicking ass until you can kick ass no longer. Run with it. Go big or go home u feel me
Most importantly of all, be kind to yourself (◡‿◡✿)
Homework is fucking hard. Studying when you don’t want to, is fucking hard. Navigating life in general is fucking hard. We all procrastinate, we all mess up and we all feel bad about it. Be kind. Berating yourself for not achieving your (often unrealistic, I might add) goals is far less helpful than a cup of tea and a blanket. It’s okay to be human! You’re not an essay writing machine okay just breathe <3

hey guys! ive been on a break but ive been working on some things and i have a lot of exciting things planned coming up but anyways, i wanted to share 2 things with you guys that i came across.
#1: Deep Hypnosis Video
Something that I've been looking into is hypnosis. Hypnosis is basically hypnotists guiding you into a deep state of consciousness where you are suggestibile to what they're saying right? So wouldn't it be plausible that there is a way to guide you into the void state in a guaranteed way. Hypnotists should have ways to deal with more stubborn minded clients and I feel like their methods would help those struggling to enter the void through meditation. That's basically what was in my head as I was doing my research when I came across this video which I think will really help a lot of people:

Basically it's meant to take you into a deep trance and basically make all future trances deeper and easier to reach, which I feel like will really help people attempting the void through meditation as it's meant to make reaching deeper levels of consciousness easier! I might be getting ahead of myself here but remember when the void was first introduced and it was just laying down and affirming till you reached. It worked for a lot of people but then the people who couldn't enter, including me, all started looking into other methods and made it so complicated. But if everyone could just do this hypnosis and gain the ability to enter a deeper state of consciousness easier, then we could just go back to the basics and everyone could become those success stories where they just meditate for 15 minutes and enter. I always say that meditation for the void isn't compatible with everyone because some people struggle with tapping into deeper states of coniousness and focusing but this could ppssibly be a solution to that.

Not only is this challenge super easy, but honestly even if you fail, atleast you reprogrammed your mind and are even closer to entering the void. Before I recommended a subliminal that was basically theta waves and a lot of people succeeded with this exact method but theta waves, so maybe if you tried that and were close but didn't quite get in, then you could try this and it would be more compatible with you. hi pink!! i used the subliminal you suggested it and it worked super well for me! i lied down on my bed in starfish position and counted from 100 to 0, saying “i am the void” in between each number. i reached the hypnogogia state, but i kept focusing and affirming for the void. this is the part where it got confusing — i kept robotically affirming “i always wake up in the void” and i kept saying it while i was in the hypnogogia state, but as soon as i realized i couldn’t hear anything and i was just pure consciousness, i snapped out. it was kind of like a cycle of this for a few minutes, as soon as i realized i was in the state, i’d be “kicked out” in a way lol 😭 i think i was in the void, because i woke up refreshed and not groggy as if i took a nap, but i’m not sure 😬 how do you know 100% you’re in the void?? i know for certain i’ll be able to do it again tonight, just wanted some insight before attempting again :) thank you so much 💗💞
Hi love! I think you have been entering the void state but have been getting too excited and exiting it. I would recommend just practicing until you can stabilize yourself because you're honestly really close. As for how to know you're in the void state, in my experience, it was the symptoms like I would feel like I was floating and then a sudden drop or with waking up in the void, it's a thoughtless state so I would just find it hard to think and process what's going on (kinda like waking up and being underwater) and it's just super relaxing, which is why I always recommend writing a void list. Hi love! Sorry you're so confused. The thing is everyone is different and different things will work for different people. I would suggest doing a meditation earlier in the day. I'm not really sure what the Edward Art meditation is about but if you're following his teachings, use that one. The Mary Kate subliminal is really good but choose it only if you're someone who can follow along to meditations. If you're someone who can't really focus during someone else's instructions, then go for the reprogramming exercise. As for what you should fall asleep listening to, all 3 options will work. Let me briefly explain all 3 and their benefits so you can choose.
Theta waves subliminal: People use theta waves because they say when you're in theta state, you bypass your conscious mind and whatever you say goes straight to your subconcioud mind, essentially speeding up the reprogramming journey. Not only is the subliminal helpful in this sense, but it is also a subliminal, meaning there are affirmations as well to put you in the void state, meaning unlike the other methods, you don't need to affirm (you can if you want). You most likely won't fall asleep unless you're tired or new to meditation but it's okay because you're atleast repogrogrsmming your mind.
Delta waves: Delta waves puts you into the void state because the void state is delta state. An interesting fact about delta frequencies is they are always occurring throughout your brain at any given time, which is kinda scientific proof that you are the void, you just have to tap into it. But basically, to increase the existing delta wave frequency within you, you can listen to delta waves, but it can be slightly harder as you are going into a deeper state of meditation and it is recommended to affirm. You most likely will end up falling asleep the first few times but just remember that you are atleast reprogramming your mind and you'll enter soon with practice.
DMT frequency: A lot of people have reported how easy it was to enter the void state under the influence of drugs and DMT frequencies basically induces that state without the actual using of drugs.
So just choose whichever one makes the most sense to you that you would think it most compatible. Hope this helps 💗

Sometimes I feel like it's really easy to fall into self hatred during your void journey. Obviously, when you have a goal that you really really want to achieve but keep failing on, it's easy to get frustrated and disappointed with yourself. And it gets even worse when you try to vent and you are just blamed for not trying, for not persisting long enough, for not focusing hard enough, etc.
Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying bloggers or the community is wrong for their tough love. Most of the time, they're spot on because a lot of people want to enter the void but don't acctually do anything except for maybe scrolling on tumblr and these people suffer from a severe lack of self awareness. And even with people who are actively trying, it's still the truth, but it's a really tough pill to swallow when you're already feeling down.
On a side note, this is why I feel like a lot of people find manifestation in general toxic. Because manifestation forces us to take accountability for everything in our lives and most people like to blame others. But we know that we are the creators of our realities and unfortunately, not entering the void is our fault. 
But back to what I was saying, I just want to tell you that I know you're trying and doing your best. I know the problem isn't self awareness. You know that you haven't entered the void, you know it's your fault, and you're taking the steps to enter the void but it sometimes takes a bit of practice and patience and within all your self awareness, I don't want you to fall into self hatred. I know it's frustrating but practice a bit of self love.
No one but you knows how hard you have it. No but you knows how hard you've been trying. And no one but you is going to be more happy when you do enter. So don't be mean to yourself when you're doing your best for you.
Recently, I watched this video on procastination and honestly , before I just blamed procastination on laziness and while that's still a reason, did you know the biggest reason is acctually wanting perfection and fear of failure?
Think about it. Whether it's doing your English paper or wanting to enter the void, the reason you probably procastinate on both is wanting perfection and fear of failure. For your English paper, you want to write the best paper and get a perfect grade but you feel like you lack the right words so you push it off until you are in a more creative writing mood and then you keep doing that until it's the night before the paper is due and you're basically just forced to write something. For the void, a lot of people procastinate on the void because they don't want to fail and they're waiting till they have the perfect void concept or they're waiting for a easy, guaranteed method. You're not procastinating because you're lazy or you're a horrible person who doesn't care about yourself, you're procastinating because you're afraid of failure, but sometimes you need to fail and keep failing till you succeed.
The reason I shared that about procastinstion is to say to not hate yourself just because you haven't entered the void. While it is your fault and you do need to take accountability, there were situations and you know exactly what happened. Maybe other people will dismiss your situation but you shouldn't do that to yourself too.
The thing about manifestation and reprogramming or meditating is that there are no failed efforts. If you listened to a subliminal, even for a bit, you still reprogrammed your mind a bit. Not enough to override your previous reprogramming but it's not like the subliminal's reprogramming had no effect. Or like failed meditation attempts. Yeah, you failed but you did practice meditating and it's going to get more accustomed with focusing and tap into deeper levels of meditation next time.
So appreciate yourself for whatever work you did. Don't hate yourself. You've been doing good, but now just pull yourself together, really examine your situation and what you've learned and make a plan, stick to it, and enter the void!! Take a break if you need to, but you know best where you're at what right now and what you should probably be doing moving forward. If you feel like you doubt the void, read My Doubts post. If meditation isn't really your thing, try this reprogramming exercise. If you want to try a method you can do just before sleeping, look into my answer for this ask. Maybe you're just really overwhelmed and just want to listen to a subliminal. Maybe you would benefit from doing a challenge ( i recommend 3dolc×roe). Maybe states is the way for you, just know youre already someone who wakes up in the void and occupy that state. Go through my page or any void bloggers pages (if you're more into manifestation, i recommend @charmedreincarnation. i feel like she gives out the best advice), figure out what's going on with you and what you need to do and do it. I believe in you! 💗

Hi again gorgeous :D after my previous ask a lot of people have been dming me with which sub I've used & if I did anything else.
About the subliminal, I've used this & only this- it just clicked within me, Idk why but here- https://youtu.be/Fau1qNpTESw I just played it overnight while sleeping & assumed I'll wake up in the void no matter what
I didn't do anything else but I did make pinterest moodboards with my desires & it really helped me a lot. Whenever I felt down I'd go through them & honestly feel refreshed & relieved :D
I alr woke up in the void, so all I have to do is be aware & pretty sure I'll tap in tonight. Hope this was a help to everyone who's been asking <333

hi <3 i dont know if it was mentioned before but i tried meditations from alunir on youtube that can make u enter the void which are adhd method (good if u cant stay still and focus for too long like me) and julia method (its for shifting but she repeats void affs) i had strong symptoms quickly and saw pink flashes behind my eyes cause i decided that my void will be pink
i think they r great even if they arent specifically for manifesting in the void

Hello, I want to ask you, and I hope that my questions will not be disturbing. In fact, I want to enter the void through sleep paralysis, because I enter into sleep paralysis a lot, and because it is the only method that suits me and I feel comfortable with it, and no other method has worked for me. Hey love! I'm not sure if I understood the question fully but you mean that you enter sleep paralysis but when you try affirming for the void and focusing, you end up falling asleep? I think something that might help is practicing meditation when you're awake. You can do a manifestation meditation so that you're manifestating that you enter while also practicing meditation because you saying you fall asleep reminds me of people when they first start meditating and just fall asleep because they're relaxed and focusing inward. Gorg I woke up in the void three times!! But sadly I forgot to manifest tho because I was not aware and was super relaxed.
You see it was 10 am and I decided to try the delta wave only for just a few minutes because I was starting to get bored and I got really tired. It was really cold because there was an electric fan in front of me and my hair was still wet, I felt fresh so My mind was super sleepy and relaxed, I then sleep wearing headphones while playing a song (shameless sped up loud). And then I woke up in the void! It was all black and I couldn't hear the music and feel my body but I was like awake!! I was so relaxed but then started to freak out a little and that's when the song starts to come back.
I woke up but I fall asleep again (I couldn't get up, I was so tired!) And I was back again in the void super relaxed, woke up again and was in the void again, because my body refused to get up.
Ughh I'm so sad I missed the chance to affirm I was a little aware but not fully aware
I know you already got to many ask about how to be aware in the void, I'm sorry but please help

Hey love!! First of all, congratulations!! Although you didn't get to affirm, you still entered the void a little. As for being aware, unfortunately there is no "trick" I can give you. There's only 2 ways: practice and manifestation.
1. Practice: You know what works for you and you know the void exists. So all you have to do now is keep entering the void until you get used to it and can stabilize it. I would also suggest sitting down and writing all your desires and titling it void list and then when you enter the void, you can quickly affirm everything on my void list comes true.
2. Manifeststion: You know you can wake up in the void. All you're manifesting is being aware. Whatever manifestation method works for you, start doing it and manifest that you're always aware in the void state.

So I remember mentioning that I was entering the void, and I got a lot of dms + asks asking me for a actual post about it, so here we are
I said I wanted to enter because I wanted peace and quiet, stress related stuff + I wanted to manifest good stuff for everyone, so yup. I was recently struggling and my mental health kept on going 📉 because of my parents death in a car crash, and a lot of other things. The silence of everything, and well, not having to be scared of them anymore and all of the emotions really got to me, so I was like, time to runaway into the void to calm down
I think I used delta or theta waves? I don't know which one, I just went on SoundCloud and put on the first one I saw 😭I just sort of affirmed "I am the void" once I got into that sleepy position and I kept doing it until my legs were twitching and I kept seeing white lights, while feeling like someone or something was pulling me upwards or sucking my soul out.
I guess then suddenly I couldn't hear anything and felt like I was floating and realized I was in the void. I just sort of chilled and affirmed like, "Good things happen to those who deserve it" and "Everyone enters the void instantly" "Manifestation is instant for everyone no matter what" and sort of stuff hoping that everyone would get their dream lives, manifest easily, and all their problems would be solved. I also just spent time daydreaming in the void because I completely forgot I was there 😭
Also I manifested for everyone who knows about the law, not just my followers because honestly, everyone deserves good things
Also is it just me or am I the only one who's decorated their void with fun stuff like a lot of plushies, rollercoasters, food, and stuff? My "void" is sorta like a funfair at the beach during sunset because I find that SO much more fun rather than a pitch black room 🥲But I still can't hear, feel, or touch, it's just for the aesthetic lmao
I think I feel asleep? I'm not sure. ALSO a huge tip for those people who forget to affirm in the void; set an intention that as soon as you enter the void all your desires are manifested and you don't have to affirm for them!
And that's pretty much it. I have no clue what I did or what happened and I just sorta chilled there, kinda like shifting I guess?
I also did @gorgeouslypink 's FILD method accidently, because see the thing is I set my alarm everyday at 3:30 because I usually get up then to study, but today I didn't have to so I just had my alarm (I used the Alarm Clock Xtreme app) and then did that method, and entered and just affirmed for fun stuff that I wanted on Pinterest, and random things I wanted to do :'}
I just sorta chilled in the void both times lmao
