I am writing to you today with hearts heavy with pain and hope, asking for your help to support my family in leaving the Gaza Strip to Egypt, in search of a safer and more stable life. The situation in Gaza is getting worse day by day, and life has become full of unbearable difficulties and challenges.

In light of the current circumstances, we are living under the weight of constant bombing, and we lack the most basic elements of a decent life. Infrastructure is destroyed, access to clean water and electricity is very limited, and medical care is almost non-existent. Our children live in constant fear, and we as parents feel powerless to secure a safe future for them.

Leaving Gaza is not easy, but it is the only way to guarantee our family a decent and stable life. We aspire to be able to reach Egypt, where we can start a new life away from fear and destruction.

We need your financial help to achieve this goal. Your donations will help us cover travel costs, transportation to Egypt, and provide for our basic needs upon arrival. Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a big difference in our lives.

ok ok this has been in my mind for a while now- basically what if sakura and itachi had a wholesome friendship that started before the uchiha massacre and they usually meet up at sakura’s secret spot:
-Itachi wanted to keep his identity a secret because ANBU so Sakura just calls him “Anbu-san”.
-Sakura usually talks about her problems and how her day was, and Itachi just listens.
-Sometimes Itachi would give her tips on how to become a better shinobi and studying tips, and that’s how Sakura aces every written test.
-When Ino found out about the spot, Itachi kept his distance, and that’s self-explanitory.
-Sometime before the massacre, Itachi asked Sakura to “take care” of Sasuke and become friends with him. But she takes the wrong approach.
-He gave her a crow in which she named it “Ann” for Anbu.
This could also mean that Sakura now has a reason to “pursue” Sasuke other then “oh he’s so kewl and handsome”. But she *acts* like every other Sasuke fangirl.
After the shit with Zabuza, she actually starts to care for him a lot more, mainly cause he nearly died. And from there she starts to really fall for him.

GUYS A NEW MERMAID MELODY OC???

Anyway her name is Tomei! She’s Rina’s successor.

I wanted all the successors to be different than their predecessors. Tomei is especially different bc of her more outgoing, bubbly and girlish personality. Tomei whole thing is that she wants a romance with a surfer like Luchia had. She even copied the pigtails. She's incredibly pushy and stubborn, Hanon if you will, and get very aggressive when things dont go her way. She's more of a comedic character but she does have depth.

Alr so I dont have a new Sango doodle unfortunately but I’m still going to update their identity:

Sango Hosho is Hanon’s successor and was birthed from the blue/aqua pearl. That basically it. That’s the update. Sango is non-binary.

Sango is essentially Rikka's bestie. Cynical, sarcastic and pretty chill for the most part. May or may not have a crush on Rikka. Unsure if I want them to be a merperson or a sea monster. Also unsure if I want them to be associated with Laurent or Hanon. I tried to make their personality as different than Hanon's as possible, because we all know how we feel about recycling.

One thing Sango and Hanon has in common is that they are extremely fashionable :)))))

UPDATE ABOUT THEIR IDENTITIES + LORE:

Anything I have stated about these characters so far is subjected to change.

Rikka is Luchia and Kaito’s biological child. Luchia gave birth to her. She does not turn into a mermaid at all when exposed to water (means that she does not have a mermaid form). However her colours do change slightly to resemble her mother more. It also fixes the surfing issue lmao.

Hikaru is Luchia’s successor. He was birthed from the pink pearl. All mermaids are born female and he is no exception. Literally it just makes him trans.

The birth of a mermaid does not need the owner of the pearl to perish. As seen with Meru and her mother. Also I’d say Seira’s birth was premature since Sara already died and the Indian Ocean needed a new heir stat.
