Christoph Waltz's grandfather
I found this Wikipedia link and my first impression (I have to admit) was of happiness.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rudolf_von_Urban
But when the truth comes out, turns completely different... I don't know what Mr. Waltz thinks about this and we have no intention to ask him or to our friends CWfans.com (And hope you understand) This info next is what we found and completely anonymous, all we know is, this is 'unfortunately' true and nothing to be proud.
Note: This link doesn't belong to us.

"He drove women to suicide, left Christoph's grandmother while pregnant with their daughter, fled to America and married a woman while still married to Christoph's grandmother"

My unlimited gratitude goes to Dr. King Schultz and that is, of course, to his creator and the creator of his awe-inspiring world, Quentin Tarantino… We participated in a hero’s journey, the hero here being Quentin. You scaled the mountain because you’re not afraid of it, you slayed the dragon because you’re not afraid of it, and you crossed through fire because it’s worth it. I’ve borrowed my character’s words, sorry, I couldn’t resist.
Christoph Waltz thanking Quentin Tarantino after receiving his Oscar for his role in the film Django Unchained.
I think it was incredible that Waltz said this to Tarantino, because Tarantino has been crossing through fire and slaying dragons after Django Unchained was hit with controversy for it’s raw realities and violence. He’s an artist, a genius, and an inspiration to me as well as every other fan and aspiring filmmaker, and I’m so glad someone stood on stage in front of sparkling Hollywood and thanked Quentin, in the words of his character no less, for being who he is and who he needs to be, and standing up for it, because fans like me couldn’t. Thank you Christoph and Quentin. (via blindoracle)
