[Yeah, that’s an uncomfortable episode for sure.

Though it’s also weird? They are stereotyped of course, but they don’t have accents, they’re not portrayed negatively aside from appearance, and the brother is like this genius detective who managed to find out Cybersix’s alter ego like *that*. He works together with her to save his sister and stop Jose. The little sister even gave Julian a friend his age. I would have loved to see them again if not for their designs. I believe they came from the comics, but they could have easily changed those.]

If you are gonna recommend Cybersix to people it’s polite to mention how racist the designs of those Asian characters were in that one ep. Cause that’s not a pleasant thing to just stumble into.

Also no one needs to read the comic its adapted from b/c that is one holy hell of a racist shitshow there. And that’s b4 you get into anything else.
