Regarding Cybertale, I wanted to know if there were ways I could understand the world better. From what I know it’s cyberpunk + Undertale how ever I do not know much about cyberpunk. Where can I learn more about it? Are there specific books, movies or anything I could go through to understand the idea better?

No problem!

Cyberpunk is a sub-genre of science fiction that features advanced science and technology in an urban, dystopian future. On one side you have powerful mega-corporations and private security forces, and on the other, you have the dark and gritty underworld of illegal trade, gangs, drugs, and vice.

Some pieces of cyberpunk media would be the movies Blade Runner, The Matrix, Ghost in the Shell, Akira, and Total Recall.

Then for books, you can read Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep, and IRobot(one of my personal faves)

So in Cybertale, the underground is going to be a little more dangerous for Frisk. (human bio material is popular on the black market) MTT is going to be a little more prominent as a mega-corporation.

If there is one thing I want people to understand about the cyberpunk genre:

It’s not just about robots.

Ive had alot of people questioning why all of my characters haven’t turned into robots and it used to frustrate me in the beginning but I’ve gotten over it haha. The best I can do now is just focus on completing my story through the correct cyberpunk lens.

Wow, this took forever to finish lol. I started this in 2016 I think. It’s 2020 and finally done. Though considering that Cyberpunk 2077 is coming out this year, It’s a little fitting that the actual Cybertale story begins now. Log 2 will now follow Undertale’s storyline and will probably come out alot faster now.

Hey guys sorry for the disappearance. I’ve been sort of dealing with a few personal things and stuff. I’ve got most of it sorted out but things are still hectic for me at the moment.

But I haven’t returned empty-handed! I’ve actually finished Log 1 of Cybertale and will begin working on Log 2 soon. Since the next chapter follows the Undertale storyline it should come out alot faster.

I also see I’ve got quite a lot of messages since I’ve been away. I’ll try and answer as much as I can. Just give me more time I should reply eventually. Thanks for your patience.
