Rp Hooks -

Ul’dah: Cyrus grew up in Ul'dah, from the age of around seven when he awoke from Ifrit's rampage until around twenty when a fire destroyed an entire street of the Goblet. He frequents the city now as an adult, so if your character has connections to Ul'dah they may be acquainted.

Sharlayan: This is where Cyrus fled after the fire. He took up residence in the manor of his adopted family, studying various ancient texts and artefacts. While he mostly lived in solitude during this phase of his life, he still had to deal with various traders and merchants to obtain his materials.

Au Ra / Xaela: While he never lived a tribal life, Cyrus does find some fascination in his Auri brethren. He's intrigued to learn more about where he came from, and to meet others like himself.

Summoners: Cyrus possesses a Summoner soul stone, and has studied the arts of both summoning and arcanima for most of his life. Never one to pass up an opportunity to learn more, however, he always enjoys discussing the magickal arts with fellow Summoners.

If you're interested in role-playing with Cyrus, here are some things that might be handy to know:

1) While I am always looking for mature, or dark elements to my roleplay, I'm not looking to do anything that would cause Cyrus any serious, long-lasting injury (or death). Please keep that in mind.

2) I don't seek out solely ERP or romance RP, if it happens in the context of roleplay it's fine but please don't expect me to jump into ERPing with no context.

3) My character is what I would call 'lore adherent' in that he doesn't challenge any existing lore regarding the Summoner job or the region of Sharlayan - but I do fill in some gaps where needed to roleplay someone of that background. When it comes to others, I prefer to keep to those who also follow the lore - please don't be offended or take it personally if I choose not to roleplay with your voidsent/sin eater/ascian character, etc. Any questions, just ask.

4) I'm UK-based, so my availability is usually a little different than most roleplayers on Crystal. I usually find myself free on weekdays or Sundays in the evening, and rarely on Fridays or Saturdays. I do like to try and spend my time wisely, so I'm not often going to be free if you're looking for RP the same day, or last minute events.
