Grass to GRACE
That stone that the builders rejected is now the cornerstone/ Dablackeinstein spits only truth on the microphone/ On my own I never considered myself as worthy/ Of living/ My soul cries bloody/ unfulfilling/ Inferiority having confidence as body building/ Ungodly fueled in/ Sloppy viewing/ Of life as boring wilderness like a Sahara/ I saw my destiny drying up like dead twigs a dying flower/ Cos many people said I had sickle cell/ It was hell/ Thinking I would be a success I was in an evil spell/ Of uselessness I even thought of suicide/ True as I/ Was aging me & despair we unified/ My peers tagged me an SU/ A useless Jew/ I smiled saying Bless U/ In my heart I felt as the best fool/ A lost vessel/ I was afraid of myself/ Everyday I felt less cool/ Was astray from my wealth/ My University days was the worst case/ My identity a lost face/ For me still being alive it was just GRACE/ Cos my Soul had no zeal to push no motivation/ But alteration/ From thinking Wise to no relation/ With being positive.... Many night my best was just to grieve/ Cos I believed GOD didn't even give a ........... Bout me/ Every step that I took I always took doubtly/ Was never in a relationship cos I believed I was good 4 no one/ Worst of it all I graduated with a 3rd Class disaster/ Intense worrying was now my master/ My Siblings couldn't understand but piled pressure/ But I don't blame dem but shame I couldn't take the measure/ Was fervent with fellowship/ Was more like a mellow sheep/ Never womanized, never smoked nor drank/ But to be frank/ I felt no different from a patient diagnosed with terminal cancer/ But still in My SOUL I KNEW who was the answer/ GOD
