My theory on the super sus high school friend (Amy?):

Zongyi's friend was actually in a relationship with Zhang Teng and she's been in search of revenge. She is the one who shoots Chen Yi.

We all saw this weird scene where she is glaring at Zongyi through a window and she's wearing two bracelets.

Well, hunting back a bit, we see that Zhang Teng was also wearing a very similar bracelet, although I had a tough time getting a clear picture of it.

In this scene he's talking to someone we don't see.

Except that they don't because he gets killed by Zherui (but Zongyi takes the fall for it).

Now just before Chen Yi gets shot, Ai Di mentions how Chen Yi feels guilty because Zongyi took the fall for Zhang Teng's death and the friend drops a glass and looks super shaken. It's not a stretch to think that she blames Chen Yi. She disappears into the back room and we don't see her again. My theory: she's the one who shot Chen Yi and she was part of the drug ring at the school.
