I have, but: dean as sam's daddy has always been my weak spot for one reason: dean raised sam. he is objectively sam's dad. john wasn't the best father because of trauma from mary's death and hunting, so dean stepped up. dean keeps taking care of sam even when they're adults (which is canon), and although it is relatively mutual, when sam is researching, he forgets that the world exists, so dean keeps him alive and makes him sleep and eat. dean protects him because thats his job.
