Lamborghini actually reached out to the family after catching wind of their project, and for a day (maybe longer), they loaned an Aventador to them as a surprise for his son.

A really nice gesture, and true to Ferruccio’s vision (as many may know that Lamborghini’s cars came about when Ferruccio was turned away from Ferrari, as they didn’t want “a farmer who makes tractors” owning their cars—Ferrari today are still strict when it comes to who owns their cars, and what they can do).
