Hey there! Our summer fest will be back this summer (around July, probably), as well as the holiday fest in December. But if you have any ideas for other events, please feel free to share them :)

Sam can feel the blood pumping in her veins, and it’s like the world shrank to just the three of them in their crappy trailer. Everything is so bright and colorful, even the vomit-colored carpet. Dad is watching them from where he sits on the couch, undeniably the Winchester patriarch, with his strong thighs spread, beer bottle in hand, and an unidentifiable glint in his dark eyes while Dean’s solid body twirls her around the living room.

Her hands brush over his tattoos, and she thinks if she ever got tattoos herself, she would want just two single letters on her skin – J and D.

He extended a hand. “Nice to meet you, Joey. The name’s John Winchester, but you can call me Uncle John.”

Jo was used to men waving to her, or occasionally patting her on the head or back. Never once did they give her a handshake. Stranger yet, once he had her hand, he pulled her in closer for a hug.

Jo didn't know who he was at the time. She was a teenager when she finally discovered the truth. Still, she didn't feel like she was hugging a stranger. John pulled her in so closely, so warmly, so tightly that she really did believe him when he said he was her uncle, even though her mom had never mentioned any relatives at all. Somehow, every cell inside her body cried out that they shared the same blood.

John pulled back and looked at her again, his eyes almost teary. He must have made some mistake. No one had any reason to look at Joey like that. No one cared about the quiet, skinny boy sitting in the corner of the bar. That was the face of a man who found the mysterious young lady he was looking for. “It's nice to meet you,” he repeated again. “It's been a very, very long time.”

“Thank you,” Jo said, but it didn't feel like enough. She was just some kid. He acted like he found a treasure.

So maybe my @dadfuckerfest prompt response for @carlgrimesghost has gotten a little out of hand. And maybe now the plan is for it to have at least 5 chapters. Maybe. But at least one of those chapters is now up? And I really like it.

in the marginally cooler and drier air of the motel room, dean's nipples have perked up stiff under his soaking wet shirt with the wet material leaving nothing to the imagination from how obscenely it clings to him. john swallows drily again, unable to look away from how dean’s – how his son’s – nipples are pebbled and hard, pushing against wet cotton, dusky pink and just about begging to be touched.
