"Happy Birthday, Mr. Neon J! I got you this." It's a bowtie! But not just any bowtie... It lights up in all 1010's signature colors. "I'd also like to personally invite you to the Castoff Casino for a special birthday performance. If you want to, of course!"

He's exaggerating clearly about the time he's stared at the gift, but he'll be sure to actually stare at it for the five hours. you better believe it.

"I love it! It's wonderful! And I'll be sure to wear it while enjoying that special performance! Thank you, you're such a sweet young man."

Nova hands him a simple rose with a starry ribbon and note attached to it. The note is an IOU for a night out, just the two of them, since the DJ is in the midst of a string of shows at the moment.

"I'll never be so busy that I cannot find the time to wish you a joyous birthday. You brought a troublemaker along for the ride when you came into being, but I would deal with a million versions of your brother if it meant I could be with you. Happy birthday, my love."

"You're right to find that hard to imagine, since I don't hold grudges.. i can be little bitter for a while and extra wary or paranoid... BUT! I will not hold grudges. I can’t know what everyone is going through or their lives... And people change and evolve all the time. To hold a grudge would be foolish and is just harmful in general..."

what's your morning routine like, capn.?

"Well let's see.... I'll get up and dressed. I'll do some stretches and some yoga.. yes i know i don't really have to do that, it feels good mentally for me to do that every morning so i do it anyways... I'll then look over work emails and fanmails... look at anything that's on my schedule for the day and get ready for those. I'll check on the troops and notify them of anything they are part of or need to do...

By the time i have to leave the mansion I'll start a coffee pot for Nova who might be about to wake up at that time so it's ready for him.

Yeah that sounds about right when it comes to a typical morning for me.

If my brother is around I would have made breakfast for him when i got up if he hasn't beaten me to it first."

who do you usually sit next to during nsr meetings?

"Oh that varies all the time! Depends if i got there first or last. what chairs are available.. if my troops are there with me. I like to sit next to Yinu if she there though so i can easily chat with her before and after the meeting. I like asking how her day went or if anything exciting happened lately or if she learned anything cool recently. If she's not there i may try and sit near team Sayu so i can offer assistance managing anything that was tasked of them if they so require. If my troops are with me sometimes they'll insist on sitting on either side of where I'm sitting... Though..."

"I will admit to sitting across from Nova on purpose... He's really nice to look at and sitting across from him makes it really easy to do. haha."
