Day 3 - Western Electric Princess phone

Fun fact: this one was advertised mainly to be put on bedrooms, seeing it even had little lights on it (as it's slogan said: It's little!... It's lovely!... It light!) :] Ad for this phone below!

Day 2 - Kellogg Masterphone 1000 ("redbar")

(Photo & information credit: telephonearchives.com)
another one of my personal faves!
Fun fact: This phone is nicknamed "redbar" by collectors for. Well. Obvious reasons lol. It was different from other similar-looking models (WE 302, AE 40, SC 1243) for it's insides! Other phones had a mass of tangled wires, while the redbar had a much simpler structure, which made repairs much easier :)

Day 1 - Western Electric 500 (Cherry Red)
Starting off with the blog's pfp (and one of my personal favorites)!

Fun fact: the 500 was the successor to the 302, and one of it's main improvements was the dial markings being places outside of the fingerwheel to improve legibility :D
#phone#telephone#western electric#western electric 500#old phone#for the dialtown/dsaf fans; this is Peter's model and color! the pink version is dsaf Rebecca's model <3
