every time i get a new request im amazed by how well the lyrics fit. also first time hearing this song and WOAH. ive been listening to a lot of harumaki gohan because of this (+ the dreamless dreams one which will be in. a few days. i forgot)

i'd appreciate it if you at least watched the last ~2 minutes? because that was easily my favourite part to do. spoiler alert, there's a lot of card changes + at the very end, i put it some voice lines from ena5.

i hope this had the emotional impact i wanted it to! here are some additional notes about it:

i was going to just use the mizu3 cards throughout because it shows them as, ultimately, regular people. HOWEVER i remembered the beat drop and i couldn't help myself

to show them singing together, i was going to use the niigo purple to show unity, but i thought it was better with the fade because it's like they're reaching out to one another

i know it would've been fine without the "don't interpret this wrong" note, but you never know ����

for the card transition at The Drum Part, i wanted to use cards that not only show developments in their relationship, but as individuals

i LOVED the final transition. if only i could add petals flying across the screen...

i was going to make them sing the whole of the final chorus together, but the "fleeting instant of human life" line. HAD to be mizuki. "you were there" obviously refers to ena in this case, but also, her association with cherry blossoms, which can represent the fleeting nature of human life!

i DO think i made ena's 2 lines too loud but i think mizuki's worked out really well :)

ena's were from ena5 chapter 8, mizuki's were i thiiink from her side story p1?

some stuff about this one since i had a lot of fun with the card changes:

to reflect the meaning of the song, the cards used towards the end were meant to appear more "mature"

i WAS going to use emu + saki but this trio... 💕���� i might do this again at some point with those two rather than ichika (or just with all 5 of them)

i dont know if i did it every time, but i tried to give ichika the parts where it. slows down? i think?

MY INTERNET. it's fine though. overall. maybe. anyway really excited to post apricot + im glad you're evil too, i tried new things for both so i hope people enjoy it!

as for bakushou, this was really fun! i realised there was a miku ver after recording this version but oh well. im definitely glad that i finally heard his voice, i've been listening to it on repeat. the hardest part of this was probably finding the right card LOL i was going off of phantom thief mizuki (i wanted to use archery mafuyu too but they didnt match 😔)
