Remember that it’s never too late or too early to figure out who you are!
You know you’re LGBTQ when you’re 5? Great. You’re questioning at 12? Cool. You’re in your twenties or thirties and have just started figuring out things? Wonderful. You’re over 60 and you suddenly realized you’re not what you used to identify as? That’s perfectly valid, too.
I know the common conception is that most people start to question their identity in their early teens, but in reality, there’s never a right or wrong age for self-discovery.

Reminder that it’s fine to temporarily identify as bi even if you aren’t 100% sure. There’s no blood deal that requires you to identify the same way forever; the same goes for if you realize your label just doesn’t fit anymore.
It’s perfectly fine to find out you aren’t bi after using the label, and it won’t hurt anyone.

Gentle reminder that it is totally okay to not want to be associated with a label; you aren’t bad or less valid for choosing not to use labels. The most important part is to feel comfortable with who you are; and don’t worry: you’re not doing anyone any harm, because how you want to live is your choice, and your choice only! ♥️

Please, everyone, remember that bisexuality is A HUGE AND IMPORTANT PART OF THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY! Being bi is not wrong, it is not dirty, it is not greedy, and it does not cause anyone any harm.
Bisexuality is valid just the way it is.

The majority of the asks we receive are people wondering if they are still bi even if they haven’t dated, kissed, had sex with or done anything romantic with more than one gender. So, here’s a reminder that you don’t need any experience at ALL to know you’re bi! =) Your current attractions is what matters!

Don't worry - you're not faking it.
Here’s an affirmation for anyone who sometimes feels like they’re just faking being bi: wanting to do romantic/sexual things with someone of the same gender (simply being ATTRACTED to them) is not a very straight thing to feel! Even if you feel like you’re faking it, remember that even *wanting* to be bi or wanting to like multiple genders is usually an indicator.
Just try to relax; you are bisexual enough to call yourself bi!

Here’s to anyone planning to come out today or in the near future. Remember that if you’re ready and safe, there isn’t really any ‘perfect’ moment to come out, or any right or wrong way to come out. Whether you want to say it as casually & spontaneously or if you’re planning it down to every word, it’s all valid as long as you feel ready.

Yes, you can call yourself bi if you like one gender more than another.
Yes, you can call yourself bi if you only feel romantic attraction to one gender and only feel sexually attracted to another.
Yes, you can call yourself bi if you don’t feel sexually attracted to anyone.
You’re bi as long as you know you feel attraction to multiple genders, whether that’s romantically or sexually or both.

Remember that all degrees of bisexuality is valid.
You’re bi and you’re hella sexually attracted to one gender, but ‘only’ romantically attracted to another? Super valid.
You’re bi and don’t feel sexually attracted to anyone? So valid.
You have a 50/50 preference? 80/20? That’s valid.
Your preference changes all the time? Still valid.
You choose only to act on your attraction to ‘just’ one gender? That’s perfectly valid.
There’s so many more, but, in conclusion: yes, you’re bi, and yes, you’re wonderful and valid and deserve all the love.
