What do you imagine Oswald and Mickeys parents to be like ( and who takes more after who )

Truth be told, I've got no idea, anon. But hey– actually, why not explore that concept? There are so many comics out there with crazy stories so yeah, I'll play with that thought for a change.

I can see Oswald taking curiosity in the mechanics of things like boats and trains because of their father. While Mickey would love to pretend to have adventures on it, he'd also take great pride on following their mother's kindness.

I feel like they'd both be great storytellers too, the Mouse Father with impossible fantasy stories—a slapstick comedy lover. And the Rabbit Mother with mystery intriguing narratives—an Agatha Christie lover.

And who takes more after who, uh, I don't know. I can't really picture the parents all the way through their entire childhood (I don't want to say it's the whole disney orphans trope but, kinda?)

Overall, if they had parents, they'd be great people really, with some strong personalities here and there.

After reading What If Donald Duck Became The Mighty Thor? and getting the recommendation to draw Horace as Beta Ray Bill. Inspiration (as well as researching who Beta Ray Bill was and falling in love with his story) struck.

Okay I deliberately made Horace’s hair a more graceful mane to make him stand out more.
