Like all I’m imagining is viktor and hermione getting coffee and hermione is going on about something she’s read and viktor is just all ears and smiling at her. Later that day they meet at home and viktor went and researched it purely because he loves her and she’s excited about it.

I just imagine viktor being the BEST cheerleader for hermione and she takes him on adventures and challenges him.

As Crime Sorcière got their pardon, Fairy Tail decided to throw them a party. A nice and kind gesture really. It was their first legal festivity and doing it with their friends was awesome. For the first time in so many years, the mages had the chance to enjoy themself and have fun without risking their life.

But it was a bad idea.

Because with party came alcohol. And while Erik was immune, Jellal was not. And while Meredy would get giggly, Jellal would not. Well, he did at first. Because alcohol made him a little more childish.

“Yes and of course you’re not helping,” she spat. He chuckled lightly and saw how she glared at him, which made the scene even funnier. She was cute, he thought.

It was almost midnight when Jellal heard his wife sigh heavily in the kitchen. He had been walking around in the living room with their toddler in his arms, rocking him to help him fall asleep. The little lad got a cold a week ago and seemed unable to sleep at a reasonable hour.

He joined Erza with a tender smile. He’d recognize this sigh anywhere. The sigh of a very tired and frustrated woman, which was understandable when you were pregnant. It had been six months already and he knew that her crankiness was due to back pains and other pregnancy’s symptoms. He couldn’t blame her, not after the time Meredy made them a sensory link, three years ago, during Robert’s last months. It really was horrible.

HI! Saw your post for inviting prompts for various fandom. I would like to request one for Jerza from FT. I have read your earlier Jerza pieces and they are very soft and comforting. Would you like to do a 'healing' prompt where Erza or Jellal (any one of them) learn what real love is actually like after getting out from an abusive relationship. Or maybe if you M rated, you could go for first time intimacy where they let go of their insecurities and embrace each other. Thanks!

Thank you so incredibly much for your kind words! I adore jerza and I love the hurt/comfort aspect of their relationship. I went with the healing prompt and I hope I did it justice. As always, they tend to be more action than words. **CW: implied domestic abuse, physical abuse, and sexual abuse.

The first time she reaches for him, Jellal flinches from her fingers, eyes wide and wary. Erza freezes in place, blinking in confusion. He swallows hard, exhaling slowly. She's not going to hurt him. Erza wouldn't, there's no reason to--. A wince when her palm finds his cheek, breath shaking because there's no pain, no sharp sting, and he doesn't know how to handle gentility. Doesn’t know how to ask for more.

"Jellal?" The first time she's ever raised her voice, yet he still cringes at the sound, the volume. Tells himself it's because she thought he was still across the house, not in the next room. She’s not angry, she’s not, she’s not... "Jellal...?" So much softer, worried, whispered quietly as Erza hesitates in the doorway. He reaches, unable to speak, and she’s there, wrapping him in her arms, holding his shaking shoulders until he finds his voice again.

One night he tenses when she slides into the bed, chest heaving, trying to find a way to explain. She's beautiful, so beautiful. Erza wears a blue, lace gown, her eyes wide and wanting. And he aches for her, longs to drown himself in her kisses, unravel together. But... a specter sits on his shoulder, her unwelcome touch like a shadow across his skin. His jaw clenches tight, biting back the memory of shame, swallowing protests that never worked before.

Her lovely eyes look at him carefully, trailing from his fists gripping to the sheets with white knuckles to the terrified apology in his gaze. "I'm tired," she says with a small smile. "Can I just hold you?" Her kindness shatters him, has him clinging around her waist and burying his head in her neck. And even when he can't hold back the fear, the pain, when it stains her skin with salt, there are no words of disappointment, no cruel jeers at such weakness. She doesn't leave in a rage or shove off such emotions. Erza's fingers brush gently through his sapphire hair and she whispers, "it's okay, I love you, I'm here," until he sleeps heavy in her arms.

Time and time again he freezes, muscles taut and preparing for the blow, the scream. Time and time again she waits, asking if it's okay to touch, to kiss. Time and time again she lowers her voice and questions what happened, how she can help.

And one day when Erza reaches out, Jellal doesn't think. He presses his face into her palm, closes his eyes and rests safely in her hands.

Jeankasa Week Day Five: Silence

Day Five: Silence Summary:  Jean has always been a normal guy.  He feels the same way everyone else does, he sees the same way everyone else does, and he looks the same way everyone else does.  But there’s something about him that’s different.  He’s deaf, and no one can seem to get over it.  Except one girl.  Mikasa Ackerman. Rating: T (Occasional language) Word Count: 2,086 Author’s Note:  I am so sorry this is so late, I was in a bad spell of anxiety this weekend and couldn’t write.  But the rest of the days are coming, I promise.  Also, a deaf person whom I am eternally grateful to checked this for political correctness and accuracy, but if you find anything wrong, please tell me. •~•~•~•~• Jean’s not weird.  He wished people would realize that.  He basically had the same life as everyone.  He woke up, ate breakfast, took a shower, brushed his teeth, combed his hair, and went to school.  He ate lunch and went to more classes, came home, did homework, played video games, and ate dinner.  He talked to his mom and dad.  He texted people. And then he went to sleep. He wasn’t different.  Being deaf wasn’t that bad.  You just couldn’t be in band or be on the debate team, and it was difficult to listen to music at times, and you had to sign while you talked sometimes because it’s hard to pronounce words when you can’t hear that well, so people might not always understand you.  But that was okay.  His life was okay.
