that feel of childish glow as a performer kid looking out the crack of the curtain and seeing so many people in the seats, getting terrified and wonderous at the same time. looking at your friends and taking a deep breath and putting a show winning smile on your face. fixing your clothes and reminding yourself of all the practices. shaking out your limbs and grinning and trying to be quiet. little mishaps and snickers fly around the stage as everyone feels their own perspective of amazement. in that moment, we are all friends. and we got this.
