Positive body image for dancers! It can be so hard not to get caught up with your weight, the scale, the mirrors at dancing, how you look in a leotard or comparing your body to friends! Technically the scale is simply a measure of your gravity pull. It equals your muscle, organs, skin, blood, hair etc EVERYTHING that makes up your amazing dancers body! A number should never define you, dancing is a gift and the best dancers I know don't worry about their body image! They let their soul and spirit take over their dancing, their desire and determination, their want and need to dance! Dancing a a gift don't let it go!
