When I am in the comfort in my home and without guests, the answer is in the nude. Nothing beats full skin between the sheets and with your partner.

But if there are guests and I am a guest, a pair of comfortable lounge pants and sleeveless shirt are my go to. Or a fluffy robe!

Yes. Very much so. I broke into so many pieces and it took a long time to find said pieces and rebuild myself into something new. I've never been one for regrets, so I've shown myself kindness and realized that it was the best for us both. I'm in a much better place now. I wish that for anyone experiencing heartbreak - it doesn't have to end there.
