• Family headcanons •

SFW headcanons and little dialogs about having a family with them :)

Warnings: Pregnancy mentions (since some people may not really like this topic). Other than that, it's totally fluff.

A/N: Hello! It's been quite some time, right? I had some energy to write those, I hope you enjoy it.

Gorou 🐾

For Gorou it was already hard to ask you to be his girlfriend, since he was awkward and almost nervous by your side most of time.

It was when you were helping him answering some letters from the Yae Publishing House reader's that he bluntly yet shyly asked a "Will you be my girlfriend?" seeming relieved after saying something he had been avoiding for so long.

The weeks turned into months and quickly you both had been together for years now. It was when you discovered you were carrying his baby, during a rainy afternoon.

"A-Are you serious?" His ears and tail were pointy, on full alert state.

"Yes, Gorou, I'm being serious right now"

"We are going to have a puppy! Oh my goodness... You're carrying our pup" His tail started wagging in happiness and he couldn't hide how happy he was with the news.

The day he asked you in marriage was way easier than he thought it'd be and you still had the Sango Pearl bracelet he had gave you that day - a simple yet lovely gift.

The happiest day of his life was the one when his little girl was born. Gorou couldn't be more proud of you and more protective of her. Often you had to reassure him that Thoma or Kazuha only wanted to see your daughter to check up on her - nothing more than that - still Gorou didn't like much of that situation.

Your daughter was born with the same ears from him. Unfortunately, she didn't had a tail for you to caress and take care of like you did with your husband's one.

Once your girl had grown up enough, you both would share some time with Gorou accompanying him on his favorite hobbie: mountain climbing. Gorou's heart always melted whenever his kid mumbled "Wow, such a nice sight!" every time you three reached the top of the chosen mountain.

You often cooked Tricolor Dango 🍡 or cake 🎂 for him and your daughter since both of them shared the same favorite foods.

Naps! Gorou and your daughter love getting some sleep on the couch and often you find both of them bundled up against each other as they rest. They also absolutely adore when you scratch their ears as they slowly wake up.

"This is a victory that belongs to the both of us" Gorou often whispered to you before you both went to sleep.

Kazuha 🍁

The samurai had decided he'd make you his someday, even if that thought seemed impossible at first sight.

Yet even with his determination, he was intrigued by how lovely you were with him during his first moves and he understood you'd accept to go further than only ordinary dates.

Sooner than you both had expected, you were dating. And after some months, Kazuha prepared a well-thought and heartwarming proposal for you to be his wife.

So, after accepting his proposal, your life kept going on smoothly and calmly until you started feeling sick and that weird sensation lasted weeks. The new discovery you both made had you happy and grateful, yet a little anxious.

In some months you'd bring a new life into that world and that idea almost had you restless. Yet Kazuha often reassured you saying things would be alright and that having a new family member would be an interesting experience.

Your little boy was born in a warm night of the summer and giving birth to your baby was a tiring yet a meaningful experience. Afterall, life had given you and your partner another chance to feel alive once again after such harsh times you had been through.

Your son was much like his father.

"He has got even the same red strain of hair you have. That's so adorable, Kazu!"

"Looks like our little bundle of joy decided to catch up with my appearance afterall"

"I hope he'll got your sense of humor and musical abilities... It will be so cute watching him learning to play his favorites songs"

Kazuha absolutely adores sleeping by your and your son's side. And knowing that now he has a house - even more than a house, he has a home - brings peace to his heart.

When your baby got older, Kazuha taught some well-known songs to him so your son could play them on a Leaf or a Floral Zither.

Your husband often wrote haikus by the company of his kid, using the creative ideas of his as an inspiration to his own writings.

Kazuha's great skills of cooking made your child grow fond of grilled fish and that was a common plate both of them shared. 

You three liked watching the rain together, since Kazuha enjoyed doing so as a kid.

"Woah, mommy! Was that a lightning?"

"Yes, my love, you're right. Aren't you scared? Do you want us to close the curtains?"

"No! Let's keep watching the rain! Daddy will protect us, for sure" Kazuha couldn't help but smile at his kid's purity.

Thoma 🎋

Mhm, the well-known housekeeper of Inazuma City... The first day he asked you out you almost didn't believe. You sure liked him, but you were so scared of making the first move it turned out to be so obvious your crush on him that Thoma decided to take the lead.

Your first date was all about going to play around with the stray puppies of the city and having afternoon tea on the Komore Teahouse afterwards.

Your relationship started after some more months and some years had passed since that first hangout.

Your days were now filled with work, but on the other hand, you had Thoma's stories, cuddles and kisses to give you strength.

You both moved in together some months before your wedding and as expected, your partner did everything he could to make you feel cozy, happy and in home. You tried to stop him from doing the chores all by himself but he wasn't having any of it, unfortunately. And by the time you both learned you were pregnant - well, he was so devoted and worried about you and the baby's health he didn't want you to do anything besides resting.

Thoma helped you a lot with the cravings, pain and insecurities. He offered you all of his love as 9 long and almost boring months passed until you finally met your son.

Your family now had 2 new members and by that, I mean your son had a dog as one of his bestfriends since Thoma wanted to give his child the opportunity to grow up by the puppy's side. Afterall, animals, you and his kid was everything that the man adored with all of his heart.

The story telling time! Thoma always managed to steal giggles or scared gasps from your child, even if he really didn't understand his father's words until he was old enough to do so.

Cuddles! You loved cuddling your son while you were hugged from behind by your husband. The little one was always the first one to fall asleep and you often took him to his bedroom without waking him up.

"Some alone time, uh? You must be tired, my love" Thoma whispered.

"Thoma..." He pressed a kiss to your nape.

"Do you want me to give you a massage to soothe your muscles?"

"No, you're doing too much already"

"Ah, let me give you this little treat. You've been doing so well, my princess"

His hands helped you to relax and leave your worries behind for some minutes as he kept whispering sweet words into the night. You soon feel asleep but you heard the "good girl" he said softly.
