Day #4. 56 To Go...
We've hit day #4 of the challenge, and the progress continues.
My weight: 232.4 Lbs. Goal: 200 Lbs.
Each day is bringing more and more successes that are unexpected, but not surprising. You learn as you go through any program that the success you achieve is equal to the effort you put into it. So I guess I'm doing something right.
I'm going to start labelling each day with a word, thought, quote, image...something to add that not only demonstrates the change in my body, but also the change in my mindset. Get ready for it...its all starting tomorrow. Day #5.
In the meantime, thanks for following.

Welcome to Day #3 of the 60toSexy Challenge. It's time for my daily progress:
Yesterday's Weight: 234.9 Lbs. Today's Weight: 233.8 Lbs.
A total of 1.1 lbs. lost since yesterday's post, and 33.8 to go before I reach my goal.

60toSexy...Day #2
Well, it's day #2 of this campaign for a more positive lifestyle that Big Macs and Whoppers can't provide. I'm starting slowly with this challenge, but for good reason. I have a tendency to workout in short bursts...like a sprinter...powerful efforts, but for only short period of time. I'm looking to avoid this behaviour this time around. Avoid the regimen that only Jason Statham or Jesus could maintain. So, while day #2 is off to a slow start, it's a change for the positive in the way I'm looking at developing a healthier lifestyle...and that change is working on what I can maintain versus what my guilt is spurring me on to do.
Oh...and to help track any changes, here is my weight over the last 2 days: February 1 - 235 Lbs. February 2 - 234.9 Lbs - A small difference, but something to feel positive about. Celebrate the small victories, right?
You'll also be happy to know that I knocked out my father when he offered me Dairy Queen. A bit over the top, I grant you, but is it wrong that it felt kind of good? He's currently pressing charges...and cleaning Peanutbuster Parfait off the carpet.
