Hi there Simmers! I love the support I've been receiving lately, you guys are so cool! I've even been reblogged by @chrisnewbie (I love ur work).

But I'm afraid I must delay what I was planning to share these days, however, I'd like to share an sneak peak of what is coming to The Sims 2 soon!

[TS2] Classic Servo Default & Non-Default

Sooo... This was a little art project of mine that I've been working on for a bit, that turned into a mod :p

This replaces the Servos in the game with a higher quality remake of the Servos from The Sims 1. There's also a non-default version with clothing and customization options.

I realize this might be really niche, but I had a lot of fun making this and I learned quite a bit in the process :)

Requires OFB, of course! Downloads and more info/screenshots under the cut.

Default Replacement Version

All variations have been accounted for, so Servos will show up properly and uniquely when using formalwear or if they're occults.

Customizable Non-Default Version

This version adds a bunch of special CAS skintones, clothing, makeup, glasses and a new eye color.

I tried to sort these properly, all grouped together and far behind any CC, as not to clutter your CAS too much and to keep this robot-specific stuff out of the way so you may have to scroll a bit to find the parts.

Creating a customized Servo

You can just make it a normal Sim instead of a Servo if you want, by the way. I tried to make it work as best as I could, linking the skintone to the proper naked outfit and all. If you intend on doing this I recommend you use my Separates4All mod.

To create a customized Servo, first initialize a Servo in-game, you will be replacing this one. Then quit and launch Bodyshop.

Included is a default template Servo with an unmodified face, which is required for accessories to work properly. Clone your custom Servo from it, it should be all the way behind your other saved Sims in the Bin:

Select the gender of your new Sim as normal.

The body customization is found in Top/Bottom clothing. I tried to give everything descriptive tooltips as it's hard to see what things are in the thumbnails, so if in doubt hover over the items.

The clothing pieces such as shirts, suits, backpacks, etc. can be found in Tops.

Bottoms are for designs such as text, colored accents or camo patterns.

In skintones you can change the base color of your Servo

Eye colors are in hairs, with tooltips as usual.

Fangs, eyelashes and lipstick can be found in Full-Face Makeup with tooltips.

The little bows they wear on their antennas can be found in the Glasses section with tooltips.

You can then use Alt Sims Surgery in SimPE to replace your in-game Servo with the one you just made, which should be the newest package in your SavedSims folder.

Optimization Info

There are a lot of pieces for me to list all polycounts, but a full LOD Servo is roughly around 6k (Way lower than CC hair, so I'd consider that a success :p)

All models have been exported as SMDs and then re-imported with generated Bump Maps. Meshes that have been through this process perform a lot better in-game, fun fact.

Playing on Low Sim Quality will lower the polycount a little for customized Servos, but on defaulted Servos it makes the most difference with them going down to about 2k polys.

Texture resolutions I've tried to keep rather low, with the Servo body being 1024x1024, clothing 512x512 and the Servo head 512x512

Sims 2 Optimum Alfred Outfit

this is a direct 4t2 conversion of Gauntlet's Optimum Alfred outfit (with all 5 swatches) with some edits to make it better fit the restrictions of the sims 2. The weights, primarily around the neck, might clip into the sim and into itself (there IS only like. 5 polygons to work with here).

It's a full body outfit that's in all categories + for both genders. Sims will need to be bald for it to look right and a lot of face presets will probably require you to make the ears smaller to prevent clipping.

Kingdom Hearts Wayfinder Trio Figurines for The Sims 2

Hi there y'all!

I've wanted to do some Kingdom Hearts CC, but I didn't know what should I do, and then I found this manga bookshelf and the figurines it includes, and I wanted my own too! So I opened the BBS Model Viewer and got the models and their animations. I choosed their "resting" poses instead of an attack or ability move.

I'm so happy with the final result, tbh, they look really nice and they are a cool addition to a gamer bedroom (or a museum, who knows?)

Doctor Dominion Hair and Mask From The Sims 2 PSP for The Sims 2

Hi there everyone! I've come with another The Sims 2 PSP port for the core game, this time is Doctor Dominion's Mask and Hair! I'm surprised even me of how well it ended looking, because it's not quite a "hair" itself, it's more like a bald head with a little hair string coming out of nowhere? But hey, if it works, it works!

The mask is a face paint only for adults, same for the hair, however, it will switch back to Dominic Newlow hair if your Sim become elder, just to avoid weird looks. The standalone mesh used for Dominic Newlow's hair is on ModTheSims, however, I included it to be only exclusive of Elders and Young Adults, so if you want the normal Dominic Newlow hair for Adults, it's right there.

I want to give special credits to @verycommongengar for his Doctor Dominion suit, which is a recolor of the normal villain outfit. It's what we have for now, until someone (or me) port the exclusive Doctor Dominion outfit to PC.

Also, this download has a bonus! This time I wanted to make myself a nice background for the thumbnail and, instead of grabbing it from google or the game itself, I rendered it on blender. So, if anyone wants it for a wallpaper, you can get it from here.

Kate Marsh Hair From Life is Strange Remastered for The Sims 2

Hi there!

This is my first hair conversion that is supported from children to elder. I thought it was time to start doing that, despite it's a little of a pain to make.

In my last post I shared a cute pic of my Sims Kate and Max, but so fool of me I messed the texture of Kate's hair and it was too dark from what it was meant to be, so I fixed it for this upload. I tried to adapt the hair to the Sims ears so it doesnt clip through them, making it look nicer and realistic.

The hair is not binned, so it can be found on the Custom Content category. If I had to bin it to blonde, then the eyebrows would turn too blonde for what Kate really is, and I dont felt appropiate to bin it to brown, so I thought better leaving it unbinned, but with brown eyebrows.

[4t2] Alertz Burglar Alarm

Hi there y'all! Since the last update for The Sims 4, burglars are back (10 years later-), and with them, a nice burglar alarm. This item got my attention and I wanted to port it to The Sims 2, but I don't had the game installed because ~Hard Drive Space issues~. However, I found the model out there, so I decided to port it finally!

I've found a few problems with it at the time to port to The Sims 2. For example, originally the led screen was attached to the green/red led, with no editions at all, which made the entire alarm to look green! Then, my second option was to simply edit the mesh and add it over the base alarm, so yeah, behind the led screen theres the actual turned off alarm, very clever! So I believe that if you didnt paid your bills and they cut the lights, I think the turned off screen wil be shown instead (didn't tested).

It will switch between blue and orange (depending if a burglar activated it or not), however, sound effect couldn't be replaced with the TS4 version. If the cops arrives in time, the alarm will be deactivated and switch back to blue.

In order to make it functional, you'll need to download the Custom Burglar Alarms by MidgetheTree, otherwise, it's just a nice paperweight with no use :)

Such pure nostalgia from the PSP version! 🌵

Hey, this is a reuploaded Strangetown Billboard by SimlishNoir. As far as I read, she's retired. There are basically no changes to the mesh, just a small fix in the texture that @pirillalothario mentioned in the TS2 Community. She also gave me the idea to reupload this little fix.

Besides that, I really wanted this beautiful billboard as a deco hood (I’m not sure if someone has already done this or not), so I did! This is my first deco hood conversion—hope everything is okay! And I hope you all enjoy it! 🖤

Not a TS2 PSP port today, but I wanted to give another try to hair porting, and I kinda succesfully did a good one? My victim this time was Max Caulfield, from Life is Strange Double Exposure.

Quality had a bit of a downgrade sadly.

I figured out that i shouldn't delete the base "hair" layer, otherwise, the Sim will become hollow from the back of the head, and I should keep the hair meshes on hairalphaX's, which is actually what all tutorials always states, but I like to just read a little bit and then learning by myself.

I'm not sure about the size limit for textures, but I'll try to improve it a little bit. I don't even know if I can add the bump mapping or some specular to make it look prettier. I'm too new on this.

Hi there! I can't express how much love my posts are getting, I didn't expected there can be so many TS2 PSP fans out there! So, as a gift, I decided to start making conversions of some objects, starting with this chair!

Keep in mind these objects has low quality textures, some may look kinda blurry. For others I'll try to use PC textures to match the "exclusive" objects.

Virginya Feng hairstyle work in progress

It's a bit annoying make hat hairs, but hey, it looks really good. It's not the og mesh from PSP, but just a mix of two hat hairs from TS2 PC.

Perhaps I should port the entire hair, but for now this works fine for me.

This is not a port as such, but a recolor.

Deputy Duncan's Sheriff Hat is now available for your Sims! It includes all Maxis recolors and is binned, bundled and optimized for each one.
