"Do I deserve this?" "Am I worthy of this?"
So irrelevant. Do you want it?

You can be talking to someone and she'll be like, "Oh I made a silly mistake. Women don't deserve voting rights teehee." And you'll be like, "What." And she'll be like, "Oh I'm sorry! That must sound so bad out of context. No it's this Tiktok meme where, if you're a girl and you do something dumb, you say 'Women don't deserve voting rights teehee.'"
And you'll be like, "That sounds bad." And she'll be like, "No no. It's totally not that bad. It's just a meme. Men say it too. Like if a man does something silly he'll be like, 'I am like those women who do not deserve to vote.'" And you'll be like, "Does that make it better?" And she'll be like, "Well there was one guy who tried to make 'Men shouldn't vote' a popular meme. But it never caught on and also he got yelled at a lot."
And then you drop it there because like, you're harshing the vibe.

Hi sorry just wondering what recent news you're referring to in your post about warding indigenous peoples? I haven't seen anything and like to stay informed. Sorry for bothering and thank you for posting
Hello!!
I made that post last year while the first few bodies were being discovered at the residential school mass graves, which hit hard for many people because they were finding out what really happened to their family members that never came back. Parents were finally finding out why their children never returned. We knew what they did to us in those schools, the abuse, SA, and murder but we got a concrete number of children being killed at these schools and buried in mass graves. as of right now that number is over 10,028 and not even half the schools are searched yet, that number comes from 10 of the 130 of the schools in Canada that ran for centuries. They also ran in the United States but there hasn't been much information on those yet.
Don't let the faded photographs fool you, the last school closed in 1996.

All this happened to children, usually under the age of 12, and we still feel the affect today through generational trauma and loss of identity.
The First nations and Inuit hope for wellness line: 1-855-242-3310, its toll free, 24/7 and available in French, English, Cree, Ojibway, and Inuktut (It may be Canada only, im not too sure)
