I have max speed, max velocity, max luck, max damage, max shot range, max shot speed, and more

That screenshot shows probably about half a second of firing

I have spectral tears, so they go through walls too

I killed mom's heart in about 8-10 seconds

Items I have include: cube of meat, a small rock, stem cells, ouija board, raw liver, breakfast, lunch, miner's hat, homing bombs, blood bag, phd, compass, map, brother bobby, the mark, bum friend, cat o nine tails, the belt, the pact, chunk of meat, and even more that i can't remember

This results in the most op motherfucker on the face of the planet

Every fucking thing dies in like 3 shots, if not one or two. That's like a fucking milisecond of firing.

I wish I could continue down to hell, or even go to cathedral, but sadly it's not unlocked yet since I reset all of my progress.

The only thing left that I can do is sacrifice all of my health to go down to one heart and enter a challenge room. Of course I won't because I'm not fucking stupid and I know I'll die
