MEMENTO MORI

Been a while since I drew COTL :) I've been coming up with a simple design for Narinder and I'm pretty happy with this! I imagine that ever since he was overthrown by the Lamb, his body got so used to being the "God of Death" that he never fully returned to his mortal state... so now he's neither dead or a live, kind of like stuck in-between. The chains are remnants of what he once was + serves as a reminder for his sins, especially against the Bishops. His body appears all misty and ghost-like and his voice is always followed by an echo, which tends to scare the other followers often... (poor guy.)

I was a bit quiet with any new arts because I was making a thing 👉👈 THIS THING JSJJSJS I hope to get standees right on time before Dokomi and Pyrkon

I also did designs for small charms but I won't to show them before the package with ready products will come

Those over 22h are just the time I spent on making all my moves in procreate. The real time is muuuuch muuuuuuch longer. My friend @jeszczeciszej already laughed at me that this is the regular time she's making an artwork JSNSHSHHSJSN

FINALLY! I got to do a face reveal on Nari cus honestly it was also fun to keep it hidden for a while, but yeh✨️

I used ALOT of egyptian references for Nari because i like to think that Nari is a cat and a God of death type sh- and egyptians worshipping cats like gods so i was like— WHY NOT? 🤷‍♀️

and idk if making creating my version of Nari kind of egyptian count as cultural appreciation or racism... (no offense yal- I'm still learning :'³ )

3. How long was your lamb held captive by heretics before their sacrifice?

Shortly after capture they were taken to the Bishops for the sacrifice hoping to put an end to the prophecy as fast as possible.

5. When your lamb mourns a dead loved one from their past.. who is it?

Two little ones and an older one Lamb would call brother. Those are the ones they are still able to remember.

7. Where was your lamb raised? A village? A prison? Constantly on the run?

They don't remember the small village they were born in, soon after and as their numbers went down drastically they spent the rest of their life running away with a few others trying to avoid being found by the old faith.
