Around the Sims 3 | Sims 4 to 3 | Working Suits

Because there’s a life outside nightclubs and spring breaks, here’s a collection of suits for your working Sims. Trousers or skirt, high or cheap suit, it’s up to you. As these Sims aren’t the kind to drop their job as soon as they’re pregnant, they’re all valid for maternity. And because elders are fed up to have the tinest wardrobe ever, all these outfits (except the detective one) are also available for elders. They’re of, of course, fully recolorable, with 4 different channels. You can have a bottom and a top with different patterns (not shown because I’m lazy! :p)

I’m still a beginner with clothing, so these aren’t perfect, but the best I could do! I’ll also repeat here that I do not take clothes request. I’ll only make stuff I need for my own game because it’s super time-consuming. I’ve been working on children for next set. DOWNLOAD HERE

redwood family bungalow.

misleading name because there’s no red wood on the exterior of this house (it is brick and siding) and I also don’t actually know what a bungalow is, but I’m really bad at naming houses and this is what popped into my head. anyway! this is a cute little one storey home inspired by the house of someone I was friends with in high school. kind of different shape wise to anything I’ve built before, but I think it looks neat and hopefully you do too!

deep plum family home.

not really plum, but unfortunately I didn't realise that until after I'd exported the house and rendered the video :) oh well! here's a pretty large family home, furnished with 5 bedrooms but can be turned into a 7 bedroom home if needed. very cosy vibe, I spent a LOT of time on this bad boy so hopefully it shows and you like it!

crestwood family home.

a little coastal inspired home for a smaller family. easily my most custom content heavy build (sorry), but it's too cute to not use it. got a little fancy with platforms in some of the rooms, it all playtested fine in my game so there shouldn't be any issues with it. hope you like it!

pistachio family home.

wanted a break from the townhouse/apartment builds I've been doing, so here's a pretty basic family home. I've named it pistachio because there's a slight tint of green on the exterior walls, I know this shade of green isn't "pistachio" but I've never been good at naming houses :~) this is furnished with a master bedroom, a nursery and a kids bedroom, so ideal for a smaller family. hope you like it!

rosewood (a kiwisimming rebuild).

there’s something really fun about taking my old houses and seeing how much I can improve them now, so here’s me doing that once again. this is a rebuild of a house I built back in 2016; I think I’ve made it look a lot better this time around and think it’s super cute overall. furnished with a master bedroom, teen bedroom, kids bedroom and a nursery, and there’s pops of colour throughout the house which I think look pretty neat. hope you like it!

the matthews residence.

I've been wanting to both build a smaller family home (aka a "stepping stone" home) + bring back the generations let's play I started back in my kiwisimming days for a while, so I decided to kind of combine them and build a small home specifically for those sims. it only has two bedrooms (master bedroom + nursery), but I think it's cute all the same and hopefully you do too! very excited to play in it, you should be seeing that very soon teehee

not entirely confident this is what a colonial style house is supposed to look like, but I've named it that anyway because it looks close enough and it sounds groovy. this is a smaller home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lots of neutral colours and an unfinished backyard :~) I'm pretty fond of this one, hope you like it too!

the matthews residence 2.0.

my generations family is expanding and they needed a bigger house, so I built one for them. this house is very deceptive and looks a lot bigger than it actually is; there are three bedrooms in the house itself, but the garage has been converted into another bedroom/partial living area for your more isolated sims. I don't think the matthews family will be living here for long, but I'm excited to play in it because it's super cute and hopefully you think so too!

another expertly named shellsea house :) this one is called wisteria because that's a shade of purple, and there's a touch of purple on the exterior of this house; it's actually more red and not even remotely close to the colour wisteria, but I can get away with it this time since it was built in wisteria cove. yippee! anyway here's a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom family home for you and your sims, hope you like it!

marigold family home.

here's another decently sized family home for the sims 3! I've named this one marigold because there's some yellow on the exterior and have only just realised that the colour marigold is actually closer to orange than it is yellow :) just a shellseaism!

house is furnished with a master bedroom, a nursery, a kids bedroom and a teen bedroom. it's super light all throughout; I tried to go with a "boho" theme for it, but whether I actually pulled that off or not is for you to decide. either way, I think it's cute and I hope you like it too!

cloverdale family "farmhouse".

"farmhouse" is in quotation marks because as per usual, I don't actually know if I've pulled off the style I was going for with this house lol. I've been wanting to build a farmhouse for a long time and that was the goal with this build; whether I succeeded with that or not is for you to decide. either way this is a large family home that can fit a lot of sims, so if you're a big family enthusiast then this one will totally rock for you. it's expensive though so hope your sims enjoy the mortage they'll be paying off for the rest of their lives. hope you like it!

hale residence renovation.

I needed to upgrade the hale residence because my current household sims wanted even more babies and I didn’t have room for them. this build is a renovation rather than a brand new house build; I’ve added a second floor to the hale residence and given it 3 more bedrooms + 1 more bathroom. much better for family gameplay but still just as cute as the initial build. hope you like it!
