Three Promises [2/3] || Gojo Satoru x Reader
Synopsis: a series of three promises that you make with Satoru. In this one, he promises to love you in every lifetime.
Part 1.

“ You’re so strikingly beautiful— I can't seem to find a way to describe it, “ you mumbled against Satoru’s lips, eager to just kiss him already.
“ Oh tell me~ Am I as beautiful as an angel, my dear? “ he teased.
“ No— you’re as beautiful as a star. Maybe you were exiled to humanity because of how mean you are sometimes, “ and there, Satoru closed the gap. His lips curved into a small smile as his hands made its way up your uniform.
“ I missed you, “ you then ran your hands through his hair, “ missed your touch, your voice, and everything about you— it was like my world was torn apart the moment that you left, “ you continued, words falling silent as Satoru brought you closer to him.
He hugs you tighter, brings you closer, and kisses you harder than before. His other hand gently strokes your hair and buries your head in his shoulder, letting you breathe his scent.
The air was stilled before you felt a slight breeze slip past your shoulders. You hardly remember what you and Satoru were even talking about— it became yet another blurred memory trapped in your head.
“ Y/N, “ he continued, “ do you ever think that we would meet each other in another lifetime? “
You then lifted your head and looked at him, “ yeah, I think so, because if not, I would’ve been dead by now. You're the reason why I’m alive, Satoru. “ giggling, you gave it another thought. You seriously couldn’t imagine a life without him. It was as if the stars aligned the moment the both of you first met. “ I’ll always love you, Satoru, even when you’re old and wrinkly. “
“ Hahaha.. I cannot even describe what I feel for you… but I will always tell you that I love you too, Y/N. I’ll love you until my last breath. “ The sorcerer chuckled, giving you a kiss on the lips, “ I promise that I’ll love you through every lifetime, Y/N. I’ll give you so much love that it can supply you for eternity! “ he continued as he smothered your face with more kisses.
A/N: sorry for being gone for a month:/ I had the worst writers block ever.. anyways I hope u guys liked this one </3

Three Promises [1/3] || Gojo Satoru x Reader
synopsis: a series of three promises that you’ve made with a certain sorcerer. this is part 1, so it’s highschool! gojo x reader! both of them are sorcerers.
synopsis: satoru cannot sleep without you

Being a teenage jujutsu sorcerer sucks. You, Suguru, Satoru, Shoko, and even your teacher never got any sleep! There were constant lessons, training sessions, and missions to comply with. If it weren’t for your friends, then you would’ve been insane by now.
Today was no different. Everyone but you had their day-offs, because the higher ups thought that you were the perfect person for the mission. You planned on resting today! I mean— you’ve had such a great day to begin with. You slept well, you ate well, and you even finished all of your chores!
It would’ve been such a perfect day— if it weren’t for a certain someone lurching over your shoulder. His antics were preventing you from leaving the school earlier, which was disrupting your mission.
He kept on shaking your shoulders, begging for you to cuddle with him for the night. You were aware of Satoru’s horrible sleep schedule, and he would only sleep well if you were right beside him.
“ I have plans tonight, ‘Toru. I really can’t sleep beside you tonight, “ you said, bringing up your phone to his face. “ See? I have an overnight mission in the outskirts of Tokyo. “
The sorcerer proceeded to release a whine so loud that it could’ve shattered glass. “ But Y/N, “ he groaned, “ I finally had a day-off today! “
“ I know— but I really can’t ignore this! The higher-ups assigned me to exorcise it by tomorrow morning. “ Satoru’s hands were still on your shoulders, squeezing, he finally let go of you before accepting his defeat. You then promised him that you would finish it at the speed of light, and you could’ve sworn that you saw his eyes light up.
Of course you kept your promise, and that very night, you managed to sneak inside his dorm and make your way into his bed. You noticed that he was still awake, eyes wide and staring into nothingness. Satoru’s body was lying down, frozen, and cold from the absence of your warmth.
“ You’re back, “ he said, patting to the empty side of his bed. You were still in your uniform, but you couldn’t really care much as you snaked your way in his arms. Satoru wrapped his legs around you, pulling you closer to his chest before kissing your forehead a silent ‘goodnight.’
A/N: this is a 100-follower special series<3 it’s shorter than usual but I have slight writers block rn hahaha

My Wife || Gojo Satoru x Reader
synopsis: cleaning out a closet, you find the coat that you wore the month Satoru proposed to you.
A/N: i didnt proof read.. i just wrote it from how lovesick i felt about him LOL (prequel to this fic)

Spring cleaning— something you loved and hated at the same time. You’ve already finished cleaning everything in the house but one place: the closet. You and Satoru knew that you had to empty a lot of it, since it was filled with clothes that were barely worn.
Satoru took the honour of opening the wooden cabinet, and you took the honour of grabbing spare boxes. You planned on giving away the clothes to Megumi, Tsumiki, or maybe the students. Whatever piece reminded you of them will be theirs.
Running your fingers through the collection of fabric, you find yourself pausing at a certain coat. It was a long, brown, and somewhat thick coat. The fabric was of high quality, so it was still in great condition. You haven’t worn it in about four years. The last time that you did, though, was on the month that Satoru proposed to you.
It was snowing on that day. The snow was as faint as the blush that crept on your cheeks. You still remember how Satoru’s tongue was burning from eating a skewer too quickly. “ Y/N! Let's go here— wait no! We should try that other stall next, “ he yelled as he dragged your hand through the crowd of people. The street lamps illuminated everything, but Satoru had always thought that you illuminated the place better.
A week later, the both of you spent the night cuddling and talking about what the future would look like. The both of you fantasized about a life of peace, solitude, and domesticity. Satoru was sooo lovesick that night. He even watched how your eyes fluttered, listened to your heart beating, and traced imaginary circles on your back.
“ Will you marry me, Y/N? “
It came out of nowhere— even Satoru was surprised at his own words. The sorcerer quickly shot out of bed, covered his mouth, and blabbered about how he ruined his perfect plan. He then confessed about how he was supposed to propose to you tomorrow afternoon.
You ran your hands through his dishevelled hair, wondering how it can stay so soft when it looks like a literal bird's nest. “ It’s okay, ‘Toru. I’ll still take your hand in marriage, “ you giggled, tackling him in a bear hug. Everything felt so right that day, as if the stars aligned and prayed for this day to come.
“ God— Y/N. I can't imagine a life without you. You’re the reason why I’m still here, “ hearing those words trail out of his mouth while he held you against his chest felt like a really good dream. You then brought your lips next to his, and Satoru kissed you with all of his might. That kiss somewhat told you everything that you needed to know. It spoke to you about his love, the future, and the burning desire to have even more of you.

Debating with Mr. Silly || Gojo x Reader
synopsis: who knew having silly debates with Satoru would lead to an accidental confession coming from his stupid lips
A/N: this is probably my fav fic now because it’s so sickly sweet I’m gonna explode ahaha..haha..

“ Goodbye Shoko! Goodbye Satoru! I’ll be heading home now, “ you giggled, waving to your friends as you exited Shoko’s office. The three of you idiots spent the time chatting about the most outrageous things ever— like the debate between salad, sandwich, or soup. It made Satoru lose all of his marbles; he was in denial that his beloved mochi could be considered a sandwich.
It was a nice way to relieve all of your stress from being a full-time jujutsu sorcerer. The job was horrifying, depressing, and stressful all at once— a literal three-in-one package. You somewhat wished that the school also paid for your therapy sessions, but they’re too disinterested to do that. Satoru just finished teaching (annoying) the first-years, and Shoko finally accomplished all of her reports by the time you were done with your mission. What a nice way to end a Friday.
The world was quiet enough, and you watched the blazing sun leave the sky. As you were about to reach the school’s main gate, you heard a familiar voice call out your name. It was Satoru— he was waving and running to you like a lost puppy.
“ Hey! Wanna walk home together? I heard that you moved to a spot closer to Jujutsu tech, “ he chimed, wrapping his arm around your shoulder. You replied with a quick smile and nod, bringing up the topic that caused a heated debate earlier.
“ Don’t you think that solid ice cream could be considered a salad? I mean— it’s a combination of all sorts of things! “
“ Y/N, ice cream is clearly a soup, “ you laughed at his remark, going on and on about how it’s clearly a salad.
You guessed that time must have slipped through your fingers, because you were already in front of your house’s entrance as Satoru continued his ramblings. It was already evening, the wind was cold, and there were barely any available taxis near you. You offered for the sorcerer to stay for the night, which he gladly accepted. It wasn’t anything special or new, because he has crashed at your place a couple of times.
While getting ready to prepare dinner, you felt your heartstrings tug at the sight of Satoru chopping vegetables. It felt awfully domestic doing this with the man that you loved the most. The only problem was that you weren’t sure if he liked you back or not— especially since he hasn’t been the same since Suguru’s passing. But then you also refrained yourself from confessing your love to him due to the dangerous nature of being a sorcerer.
Even after eating dinner, cleaning up, and watching a movie together, you still thought about what life would've been like if you let your mouth run about how much you loved him. He was sooo your type, the literal epitome of perfection.
“ What are ya thinking about? “ Satoru said, spreading his legs even further apart. He was taking more than 80% of the couch, which made you scoot over to the edge of it.
You talked about how people perceive their dream paradise in different ways— some have it as simple as home or as questionable as a whole shrine dedicated to themselves. Satoru laughed at the thought of it, because it sounded foolish for someone to have a shrine of their own.
“ Stop laughing, Satoru! I know damn well that you would love to have your own shrine! “
“ Nuh-uh! I can think of a better paradise than that, “ he argued as he started snorting from laughing too much. You felt humiliated from how much he mocked your claims, which made you ask about what his dream paradise would be like. There’s no way that this idiot’s dream paradise would be better than yours!
“ Fine ‘Toru! Then what’s your dream paradise? “
“ Anywhere with you, “ he winked, accompanying it with the most sickening and boyish grin to ever exist.

Nostalgia || Gojo Satoru x Reader
synopsis: looking back at an old photo while preparing for your wedding
a/n: didn’t proofread and mayhaps cried while writing this…

Nostalgia could be the worst and best thing in the world. It can start with a photo, one that had you and a certain white-haired sorcerer in it. The picture was taken from the summer of 2005, the day you first met Shoko, Suguru, and Satoru.
Your first impressions of the three weren’t that good, but you started to slowly appreciate them as the days passed by. Suguru, an accomplice to terrible pranks and tickle-fights, was pretty laid-back after missions— and Shoko quickly became your best friend after a few drinks. She was like your long-lost sister. Then there came Satoru, the one who you ended up crushing on.
Despite Satoru’s childish demeanor, he was kind-hearted, gentle, and loving to you. He found himself being less annoying around you compared to the other students. It was clear that he liked you back after a few months, because Suguru decided to spill the tea to everyone on a random hot, summer day.
What made you truly fall for the sorcerer was his selflessness. He regularly checks on you, shares his cherished snacks, and occasionally brings home some souvenirs for you. God— you were going crazy for this man!
You sort of wished that time froze for a second, so that you could relive that moment over and over again. It was nostalgic to look back at the photo, relishing what it felt like to be a teenager again. You still remember how sweet Satoru smelled— or maybe how the other two always smelled like burnt cigarettes and wet grass.
“ Have you finished writing the list of our guests, “ breaking the moment, Satoru stared at your figure from behind. He then walked towards you out of curiosity. After getting an idea of why you were so quiet, he decided to break the silence.
“ Oh— it’s us, “ he said, words trailing at the back of your mind. He said it so enthusiastically, slightly chuckling at the silly faces in the photo. Satoru proceeded to talk about the little things you used to do— like running together in the field, throwing small stones on windows, or playing with the teacher’s belongings. Everything that came out of his mouth was sickly sweet, almost reminiscent of how he’s such a sweet tooth.
You decided to return the photo to where you found it: your old, discolored diary.
“ I’ve finished writing the guests, “ you said, handing the list to your soon-to-be husband. Satoru skims through it, noticing some familiar names until he stumbles across the last one.
“ Suguru, “ it was quiet, but you managed to hear it anyway. His eyes were focused on that sole name as if he witnessed everything all over again.
“ He would’ve loved attending our wedding, “ Satoru’s lips trembled slightly, before resting his head on your shoulder.
“ I know, ‘Toru. He would’ve been so proud of us for coming this far. “

Cream Bun || Gojo x Reader
synopsis: satoru taking a bite out of your food

‘Toru:P : Y/N!
‘Toru:P : i bought some snacks! *1 attachment*
Sighing, you place your phone down on the bench. Classes just finished not long ago— all Yaga-sensei discussed was a bunch of ways to control curse energy.
You initially planned to spend your afternoon alone, watching the leaves fall on the ground, and finish the last of your drink.
“ Y/N! “ the sorcerer exclaimed, wrapping his arms around your shoulders from behind. He quickly sat down near you and brought out two packs of cream buns. It was your favorite flavor, and you certainly didn’t think that Satoru would have remembered that detail— you told him that it was your favorite like two years ago!
“ What is it now, “ you spat, tearing open the package.
“ Nothing, really. I just enjoy your company, “ he then wrapped one arm on your shoulder, leaning in to take a hefty bite out of your snack. You quickly shot your eyes at him, but he acted like nothing was wrong.
“ I’m going to pray for your downfall one day. “

Wanna Dance? || Gojo Satoru x Reader
synopsis: slow dancing with satoru! nothing but pure fluff hehehe
A/N: thanks for 50 followers!! :3

Satoru’s love is embedded in you.
Through each crevice of your skin, to each eyelash, you always find yourself loving the man even more. Because everytime you look in the mirror, you can see the new person that you became thanks to his loving nature.
Your heart was pulling you closer to Satoru, finding different ways to entangle your fingers in his hair while at it. His and your lips played a cheeky dance together as he secretly increased the music’s volume.
Today wasn’t peculiarly special, but Satoru went out of his way to make it seem like it was. It has been stressful lately because of bombarding assignments and missions. You pulled away from the kiss, placed your head on his chest, and continued to sway to the beat of the music.
It’s quite hard to imagine a life without your stupid husband— after all, you married him for a reason. Megumi and Tsumiki didn’t quite agree with the relationship at first, because they thought that you were too good for him— not even Shoko or Utahime disagreed with them!
You guessed that the people’s initial reactions were quite silly, but at least it all turned well in the end.
“ The next song is my favorite, “ Satoru smirked, squeezing you a bit tighter than before. You start humming to the song's lyrics like an enchanting spell. Back in high school, Satoru used to blast this song until it played in everyone’s heads!
After a few more dances, the speaker stopped playing music. It was awfully silent, but that didn’t matter anymore when your heart was practically screaming for him. The both of you went through an entire playlist together, danced, and playfully laughed at each other’s moves. Today wasn’t supposed to be special, but Satoru surely made it like it was your honeymoon all over again.
Time sure does fly— but your love for him would never flap its wings away! Your husband knows damn well that he has nothing to worry about, because he knows that he’d always have a special place in your heart.

“Shoko”, your voice hoarsely called out.
You felt your chest rise and fall as you drew in a deep breath and let it out slowly, trying to keep your breathing steady. She looked at your body which had been leaning against the rubbles of broken down buildings, far from where you currently were had been two special grade curses which had burned away. You were just holding on as she did everything she could to prevent you from leaving. Her eyes still hadn’t moved, staring at the ground beneath her feet like she was hypnotized.
You watched her for a few more seconds before calling her name out again.
“Hey, could just sit with me?”, watching as she bit her lip before walking towards you and taking a seat on the firm ground next to you. You knew she needed to get up and do something. But then again, what else could she possibly do? Your mind was just starting to function and become aware of the impact your body had taken, it didn’t matter now. You couldn’t feel anything waist down, Shoko knew that.
“Be here with me in my last moments, yeah?”, the words left your lips in a whisper, but they were loud enough to carry. You smiled slightly at her, knowing she couldn’t bear to look at you. “Don’t say that, you’ll be fine”, she said suddenly, she was clutching onto your hand.
She was lying to herself, she was lying to you. She knew very well the injuries you sustained would kill you, the blood loss was heavy and no one was around to help. Not even her. And neither of you deserved this, nor would those who find out. You weren’t supposed to end up like this, which is what she wanted to say. “Ieiri, it’s okay it isn’t your fault”.
It took her a few minutes before she could muster up some words, her shaking grip became tighter on yours, almost painfully so. “I know...I don’t want to leave you...”. Tears started to form in her eyes, but you knew she wouldn’t cry. You knew that if you cried then you might lose control of yourself too, and neither of you needed that right now. You tried hard not to cry too. Taking in a deep breath, “How are the kids?”, you asked her softly, hoping her mind wouldn’t go to the idea of you eventually passing away. She gave you a shaky smile. “They’re good, they all are safe”. You nodded, smiling a little.
“Instead my shirt is a pocket, it has something in there”, understand that you wanted her to take it out. She carefully undid the front of your shirt, you were wearing another shirt beneath it, looking for what you wanted she reached for the pocket, her fingers felt a photographic film. Pulling it out, she sees that the objects in her hand were two photographs. “I wanted too look at it for the last time”, your smile slightly wavering into a sad one.
The first photo had been from the time of when you all had been in the Jujutsu Highschool, it was a image inside an arcade area at a popular mall on Tokyo. The image depicted Gojo losing to Geto in a fighting game, with Geto high-fiving Shoko while you had comforted Gojo all while trying to hide your laugh. Shoko smiled dryly at the image, she wasn’t the one to reminisce in the past only to talk about it if you or someone else from back then had brought it up.
She heard a snicker beside her, despite the situation you were still laughing. “I still remember when Geto milked out all the money Gojo had for the week”, you said while looking fondly at the photo. Shoko looked at you with her tired eyes, unable to fight the small smile forming on her lips. “Yeah, and then Gojo begged us for some money even though he’s rich”. Shoko looked fondly back at the picture, her eyes shining with memories. She shifted her hand so it would be between the both of you.
“Do you still remember when Gojo forgot to cast the veil?”, you ask with a chuckle. “Gojo was doing everything he could to try distract Yaga Sensei from it”, Shoko said thinking back on the memory before laughing. “Especially since we all just pointed at him”. You both couldn’t help but snicker at his misfortune.
“Geto wouldn’t stop teasing him about right after”, you said. “Geto..”, said the brown eyed girl. You glance upwards, “You ever wonder what it would have been like if things didn’t turn out the way they did?”, you said curiously. Half of your face had been covered in blood, you could feel it dripping down from your chin onto your clothes.
There was a long pause, Shoko thought for a moment. “Yeah”, she finally answered. She turned to face you, a faltering smile on her lips. “We all would have been happier, you would have been really happy”.
“Really what makes you think that?”, asking her in genuine tone. “Because you would have finally had what you wanted”.
A cough left your mouth, you knew what she was implying. It was the one thing you didn’t want to think about. “You can’t lie Y/N”, Shoko said. You closed your eyes, sighing. You opened them again, facing her directly. You shook your head, “No”, you admitted. “But, I really hoped to say it one day”, you said looking her dead in the eye, making sure she knew that you meant what you said. “However now, I can never say it personally”. Shoko was confused, what did you mean?
“What?”, urging you to continue you with your words. “In my apartment, when you enter my room go to my desk”, you paused before continuing. “The drawer which needs a key has two albums inside”. “The photographs of our time inside and out of Jujutsu High”.
Quickly taking in a breath, “There’s an envelope in which I confess, give it to him”. You looked at her with pleading eyes. “You kept all the photos?”, Shoko asked wide-eyed. “Of course I did, I thought it would be nice to think back”, you said thinking back to when you first had the idea. “However this picture is the last one I hadn’t put in yet”. Shoko didn’t dare say a word, she couldn’t believe you were going never to be able to confess, only through a little over a decade ago.
“He’ll love it”, she whispered, her throat closing up as she realized what you were planning on doing. “Just promise me one thing”. Shoko looked at you waiting for you to continue. “Tell them I loved all of them”. She could only nod at what you said.
“The second photograph”, you groaned out. Shoko brought forth the second picture putting the first one behind it. This one being of the new first and second years. “I’m glad I got to see these one last time”, you let out short breaths.
Shoko noticed your breaths become regular by the minutes, your chest was falling slightly faster all while your organs were slowly shutting themselves down. Shoko shifts so you could rest your head on her, the blood was now soaking up the white material of her coat, becoming damp in your blood.
“When I first met Yuuji, I felt terrible for the kid being put for execution”, grimacing at the statements the higher ups had made. “He’s bright and still has room to grow”, you smiled. “Nobara, despite her direct and indirect insults she is bright and determined”. “Lastly Megumi, comparing himself with Yuuji although they both are different”. Shoko continued listening to your rants about them all. “They were all like my kids you know”, you expressed fondly. Shoko knew you loved all of them equally and they loved you. You were there to help them, protect them, and keep them safe. “Although Megumi believed I would replace his mom which was his reasoning to avoid me, I always thought he was my son even if he didn’t think so mom or not”, remembering how he would do anything to avoid talking to you or even meeting you.
The dark haired boy had eventually grown to love you months after meeting him. He relied on you for more things then he ever would with Gojo. It felt as if you had made your own family with Gojo and Megumi, Tsumiki eventually came into the family as well. Making the entire family complete. However Gojo just simply thought you both were their guardians and nothing more. It hurt at first, considering that you liked him instead you brushed it off. In your own world inside your mind you all were a family. Delusional.
Shoko sighed, “It’s been a long time since we’ve talked like this, hasn’t it?”. You nodded. “It’s almost impossible not to, especially now that I’m dying”. Shoko stared at you in disbelief. “You’re not dying!”. But you just laughed. “You think I’m immortal? You think I won’t die? What about those Special Grade curses who came here?”. You motioned to the now burned away curses. You were right, at this point you’re beyond the point from making a return. The only way you’d even live is if they had hooked you onto life support to keep you going, but you’d be bedridden your entire life. You wouldn’t want to live like that, you’d only suffer.
“Ieiri”, grabbing Shoko’s attention. “The day when Gojo said that Geto was his best friend, his one and only”
“I want you to know that you’re my best friend, you’re my one and only”. Shoko couldn’t help but cry, the day when those words left Gojo’s mouth it had made her feel as if she was never their friend, yet here you were comforting her when you’re getting closer to kissing death.
You pulled her into a hug, tears streaming down your cheeks too. “I don’t have much time left”. Shoko sniffled and buried herself deeper into your embrace as the words left your mouth. You held her close and kissed her forehead. “I love you”, you said softly. “I love all of you, maybe in another world we all are happy”.
You rested your head against hers, your breaths were becoming shallower and your conscious was slowly leaving. Shoko didn’t know when your hand dropped to your side, the blood staining your shirt now darkening her white coat. She just stayed quiet watching the scene, knowing that you needed your peace and quiet as your breathing steadily slowed soon gone, your body losing strength and all feelings, finally your heart beating slower and harder than ever before before it came down completely with no pulse. You were gone.
Your body had gone limp against her, the warmth leaving your skin and being replaced by the chill of death. Your blood soaked through your clothes, the stench thick in the air. You had died in her arms, she couldn't bring herself to move your body.
The world was silent around you; all she heard was ruffling noises of her settling you on the ground. She wanted to cry, but nothing came. All that remained was grief for your loss of life. The two photographs that had been in her hand, she would make sure were in the albums. Taking the photographs, she put them away in the pockets of her white crimson stained coat.
Her fingers brushed against yours as she did so and a sharp pain shot through her body like an arrow of ice through her heart, freezing her where she stood. The sensation didn't last long however, it disappeared after seconds as the reality of what had just happened hit her. You died, you’re not here anymore.
Days have passed since your death, she had your body be brought to her lab while preparing for your funeral. The news of your death spread like wildfire among other jujutsu sorcerers as well as the council. The first years and second years had taken your death the worst, believing you’d come back just as Yuuji did. Denial was something shoko was unfamiliar with, she was usually straightforward when it came to stuff like this. Except this time. What else could she say, you were like a parental figure to them. Who wouldn’t be in denial if they lost someone they loved, especially if they died trying to just protect and keep you away from the very thing that would have killed them. But now she couldn’t lie to them anymore, so she tried her best to comfort them and assure them it would be alright.
It had been a complete mess for everyone, having to get used to you not being there to help them with certain things or training with them. Megumi, the raven haired boy had been in his dorm the entire day reflecting. He wishes he had opened up more to you, he wishes he hadn’t been as cold as he was to you when all you did was trying to take care of him. Here was crying at all the memories he had of you knowing there won’t be any new ones. Yuuji and Nobara hadn’t been as ecstatic, knowing that the one person that treated them like their kid who would treat their injuries wasn’t there anymore. It was hard waking up every day realizing you weren’t going to be there to help them in face of danger. Your funeral was couple days away. They still haven’t talked about you being dead. They don’t think Nobara has spoken in hours. Unusual for the girl since has a lot of things to say. Yuuji didn’t know what to do, he lost a lot of people such Nanami, grandfather, Junpei, and you were added onto that list.
No one knew where Gojo had been, when he did show up he still acted the same as if your death hadn’t taken any toll on him. When asked why he hadn’t shown up earlier or said anything at all he simply replied that he didn’t want to. Not even Megumi believed him. Although his response was infuriating they could only bite their tongues and hold it back.
“How could you just say that?!”, a voice yelled. It was Maki, she looked up to you due to your fighting abilities and had even asked you to train her from time to time. Inumaki and Panda could only look away at the scene. “Listen, jujutsu sorcerers die having to do this, Y/N just met the fate of it”. Before anyone could retaliate he simply warped away with the excuse of needing to meet the council.
The white haired male was deceiving himself with that response. The days he hadn’t been at the school he was helping Shoko plan the funeral and the days he wasn’t planning the funeral he would be thinking for hours about all your time back at the Jujutsu Highschool. The Gojo Satoru grieving for someone that hadn’t been so close to him like Geto Suguru who he himself had killed, it truly had left a scar on everyone. Even if it hurt him physically. He didn’t tell anyone though, he wasn’t ready to talk about the feelings he felt he never would be. He had thought they were long gone but apparently not. He wished you could be here to hear the words coming out of his mouth, the words that would explain everything. He wishes that you both could have at least been in love. Or at least been happy together, that he would have seen that in you sooner.
Now you were gone and he couldn’t change that. There was no way you’d ever come back. He should have listened to Megumi and told you. Maybe things could have turned out differently, you would have been able to call him for help. He hoped so anyway. He just wished that you two would have talked about how you felt, instead of pretending that the feelings weren’t there. Every jujutsu sorcerer has regrets, this just happened to be a major one for him.
It was the day of the funeral, many had been gathered around your body which was neatly placed in a casket. The inside of it had been filled with flowers and red roses. Your attire was completely changed from the previously ripped up one in which you died in. Everyone had said their condolences with faces either filled with smiles feeling nothing but sadness and grief, other which were still in denial. Gojo had simply looked at you with indifference not noticing the way his fist clenched when it had been announced to lower you into the ground. They all watched as the casket had been sealed shut and was slowly being lowered into the ground. Tears were silently streaming down their faces, the now cloudy sky had started to share it’s own grief. The droplets simply pouring onto the casket before dripping down. Heads were hung low refusing to watch as the dirt hit the coffin.
The sound of weeping became deafening, no one dared speak above a whisper. The silence was killing everyone, it was as if the weight of your absence was pressing down on their chest. No one dared to leave, they were terrified, it was too soon to see you buried, it would feel too real. This was a dream that they all wanted to wake up from. The wind picked up and carried the scent of rain and flowers away. People took this as their cue to start dispersing until only Gojo remained near your grave. He had been the last to leave, setting down a bouquet of your favorite flowers.
A day had passed since your funeral, Shoko knew you wouldn’t want them to grieve. She had been inches away from your apartment, opening the door and turning the lights on. She trudged towards your room before finally reaching your desk. She had taken out the two albums going through all the memories you had collected. The first album, being from when you guys were sorcerers the second one being of the new first years mixed with the second years. She realized there had been the same space in both albums to fit the photographs, taking them out she carefully place them in to their rightful spot. Before closing the album first album, an envelope was sticking out.
To Gojo, signed off by your name. She quickly retrieved both the albums and the note before driving off to the dorms calling all first and second years as well as Gojo. They were reluctant until it was mentioned that you wanted them to have something.
They had all surrounded Shoko in anticipation, until she presented the second album to them titled “My Kids”. They took it as they all looked over the photographs you had taken of them through the time you had been with them, it was a parting gift from you to them. They all couldn’t stop the tears which had started streaming down their faces as they all relived their moments with you. The first album Shoko had decided to show Gojo personally as well as handing him the letter you had written which confessed your feelings. Shoko stepped out of the room leaving Gojo by himself.
He decided to go through the album looking at the pictures longer in order to feel as if he was there. One by one he remembered every moment with you and the others. After closing the album, he read the letter which had sitting neatly to his side waiting to be opened almost a decade ago. Mentions about you not wanting to ruin your friendship yet wanting to if it meant you having a chance with him. His hands were creasing the edges of the paper, he only wished you had told him sooner and maybe just maybe he could have loved you before you died. To know what it meant to love. To know that it could be possible to do so, it made him smile sadly to himself.
You hadn’t died with regrets, however it left others with a regret of their own.

First Time I Ever Saw You Cry || Gojo x Reader
synopsis: practically the higher ups being horrible people to you, and satoru ends up hating them even more || reader is hospitalized after getting injured from a mission

“ ‘m sorry, “ Satoru said, pulling you closer to his chest. He had an arm around your shoulder, and the other was wrapped near your waist. Satoru held you protectively, almost as if he was about to lose you.
“ You don’t deserve any of this, “ you looked up at him and watched him mumble about how horrible the higher ups were. You always thought that ‘opinions’ would never affect you— yet here you were, crying about someone else’s comment on your capabilities.
The school’s superiors commented about how you were hopeless in jujutsu, because you came from a line of sorcerers that all died early. Despite all of that, Satoru kept on reassuring you that you had so much potential. He kept on helping you train, achieve different milestones, and made you feel like you were an actual person. For as long as you lived, nobody has ever loved you like him.
And yet— after all of that, there you were, lying in a hospital bed, too weak to do anything. It turns out that they were right. You were too weak to do anything. Even with a title of ‘grade-1 sorcerer,’ you still couldn’t fight against weaker curses. It felt like absolute mockery at this point.
All the sorcerer could do was hold you closer. Not even words could break through your heavy heart. Until the day of your discharge, he stayed by your side and nursed you back to good health.
At this very moment, he found himself despising the higher ups even more for what they did. It was absolutely unforgivable for them to treat you so unfairly. One day, he will burn down this god-forsaken society— even if it means killing all of the higher ups.

Confession || Gojo Satoru x Reader
synopsis: satoru confesses his undying love to you
genre: fluff hehe
Satoru was an absolute disaster of a human being. His hair was disheveled and his clothes were still wrinkly from climbing up the hill. The sorcerer always thought of himself as a rational person despite being childish all of the time; however, today was different. This time, he let his emotions get the best of him.
As you reached the top, he turned around to face you, eyes gleaming with a mischievous look. His renowned grin wrapped around his face, and you just glared back at him as a reply, expecting the sorcerer to pull another prank on you. Unaware of the hand that’s pulling you closer, he let himself get dangerously close to your face.
“ I want to spend my life with you, “ he said, brushing his hair back. His grin was still present, and you couldn’t take him seriously at a time like this.
Hearing a confession escape his lips was too unbelievable. You thought that your mind was playing tricks on you! I mean— Gojo Satoru, the strongest in all of jujutsu, confessed his undying love for you. Nothing felt real at this point— not until his lips met yours.
Despite wanting to fight back, you immediately melt into the kiss, bringing him closer with an embrace. It was honestly embarrassing, because you absolutely despised this man’s guts. Satoru was always such a loser during high school, but you’re kinda glad that he slowly changed into the person that he was now.
Several cherry blossoms started to fall on the ground as he pulled away for a moment. It didn’t last for long though, because he started to peck parts of your face. He just couldn’t let go of you.
You obviously thought that this was one of his sick jokes— but god the look he was giving you spoke a different story. You always thought that stunts like this was mere child-play, because you believed that you were unlovable from top to bottom— yet there he was, standing in front of you, talking about how beautiful you were.
At this moment, a different type of flame burned. You were just about to say something, but the sorcerer leaned down to catch your words in his lips. There was no need for you to respond with an ‘I love you too’ anymore, because the both of you knew that actions spoke louder than words.

Pancakes || Gojo Satoru x Reader
synopsis: satoru casually creating hell by making pancakes (aka him being a horrible chef)
The sound of rustling plates, the feeling of a cold side of the bed, and the smell of pancakes woke you up. Satoru was definitely up to no good in the kitchen.
Placing your slippers on, you rush to the scene, expecting to see an unforgiving mess.
“ Good morning, princess! I’m making some pancakes, “ he said, masking a mischievous grin. Surprisingly, the kitchen wasn’t as bad as his previous attempts. The only mess present was the pancake mix that was scattered on the counter.
Satoru tried to persuade you into thinking that ‘a newly-installed kitchen counter that’s covered by a sheet of pancake mix wasn't that bad’— you, however, almost fell for it! The sweet, unforgettable smell of pancakes and Satoru’s handsome face was very convincing.
“ You better finish cleaning up by the time I come back from the shower. “ Satoru releases the loudest ‘yes ma’am’ ever known to history as he raises his hand to salute you.
The sorcerer then makes kissy-faces, blowing imaginary kisses here and there. Even with the urge to swat the kisses away, you shamelessly accepted them. You made your way to the bathroom carrying a towel, while Satoru attempted to clean up his mess.
After you both finished, you finally took a seat. Inspecting the burnt, wobbly pancakes presented by him, you guessed that the messily-piped whipped cream and chunky strawberries made up for its presentation but that doesn’t change the fact that they all looked burnt! You then grabbed a fork and knife to cut through his creation.
Satoru anticipated for your first bite ever since he started making the pancakes. “Sooooo— what do ya think, darling? Am I good enough to marry now, “ he exclaimed, ignoring the fact that you both were already married. He has a habit of constantly proposing to you, asking to be your husband no matter how many times you reminded him that you were already married to him.
You, however, choked in reply, “ HOW THE HELL ARE THESE UNDERCOOKED! “ Those pancakes were charred black— there’s no way a pancake could be that mushy in the middle! Satoru rolled his eyes and let out a loud, disappointing groan.
“ You know what, my instincts were right! I promise to stay away from the kitchen now, “ he said in defeat, grabbing his phone to order some takeout for breakfast. You hurriedly grab a glass of water to wash down whatever you just ingested, silently praying that you won’t get sick from it.

a/n: i love goio bye
"promise not to drop me?" you ask him, staring at his smug face.
satoru hums as if pondering over your words which makes you gasp, “promise, satoru!”
“okay, alright,” he rolls his eyes and offers you his hand, nodding for you to take it. “c’mon, yeah?”
you put your hand in his hesitantly, eyeing him with suspicion, and wrap your arms around his neck, hugging him close to yourself. gojo gives you one last smirk before closing his arms around your waist tightly.
"only a fool would drop a girl like you."
and suddenly you are in the air, high above the city, your breath stuck in your throat. you look around deliriously, the city lights reflecting in your own eyes, and laugh like a small child, too focused on the view surrounding you to notice the soft expression on gojo’s face as he stares at you.
“enjoying the view?” he mutters in your ear and you huff out a happy ‘yes’ before the realisation hits you; you are literally flying over the tokyo with gojo.
“don’t let go, okay?” you ask once again, leaning your head against his shoulder.
satoru locks his legs around your limbs, effectively gluing you to himself, and pulls his mask, a wide smile on his lips as he pulls back to look at you, “you too.”
after that, a second passes. and before you can question his words, you are falling down.
as if the whole world around you doesn’t exist, partially cut off by your hair shielding you both away from others, your starry gaze is locked on his face, too enamoured by him to even remember that you’re falling.
you want to scream at him, punch him in the face and push him away, but all you can do is stare at his pretty face, mind fuzzy with the only thing filling your heart and circulating through your vessles – love.
infinite, limitless love you feel for satoru, who manages to steal your breath away along with rationality. with his pretty smiles and his sly remarks, his endless talks and deep blue eyes, and his ability to envelope you with his warmth and love just the way he does with his infinity.
your grip on his shoulders tightens as he takes your breath away once again when he steadies you both in the sky, standing straight once again in his arms.
“how you feelin’?” he smoothes down your hair, tucking the stray strands behind your ear. a small kiss is placed on the tip of your nose as you give him a shaky smile.
“i’m never doing this again!”
satoru giggles, kissing your cheek as he whispers, “liar”.
you ignore him, opting to hug him close and rest your head on his chest, gazing at the stars quietly. the city under you is bubbling with life yet all you can think about is peace you find with satoru.

New Year’s Eve || Gojo Satoru x Reader
summary: it’s quite noisy outside, so you woke up feeling hungry. now you find yourself watching fireworks with satoru from your balcony window
genre: fluff
Tonight was beautiful— or so you thought. The sound of loud explosions, cars honking, and your neighbors’ kids running around certainly woke you up. The apartment was meant to be soundproof— I mean, both you and Satoru had to break a leg to live in it!
Worst of all, it was barely pass midnight. Both you and Satoru were fast asleep after a long day of training with the students. You woke up feeling groggy and hungry, so you placed your home slippers on, heading towards the kitchen to grab a snack.
While slipping out of bed, you also noticed that there was a firework display right outside your balcony window, which, of course, lured you to check it out later.
The kitchen was slightly illuminated by the refrigerator light. You decided to grab a snack from the paper bag that’s on the counter, which conveniently had leftover mochi. Grabbing the biggest piece, you walked back to your shared room.
Satoru was still heavily snoring, muttering your name every once in a while.
“ Y/N— where are you going? Come back, “ he said, slowly making his way out of the sheets to capture you in a tight embrace.
“ babe, come look— there’s fireworks outside, “ you replied, letting your lover take the first bite out of your dessert.
Satoru then wraps his hands around your waist and burrows his face in your neck, whispering something unintelligible. You just brushed it off, since he was still quite worn out. You gestured for him to follow you to sit down outside the balcony together, and he surprisingly complied.
The both of you stared into the darkness, admiring the exploding lights above. The sorcerer leans to your shoulder, peppering it with sloppy kisses.
“ You know, Y/N, you help me see things that I was blind to, “ looking over at him, your lover raises his head to look back at you.
“ I see life in more detail now that you’re here, “ he continued, pulling you in for a chaste kiss.
“ I’ll love you until the world ends, Y/N. “
And there, you looked at him in complete awe, wondering if you’re hearing things correctly. Your lover laughs at your dazed expression as he makes himself comfortable on your lap, telling you to fall back asleep.
“ Well… I love you too, Satoru. “
A/N: didn’t proof read again… kind of wrote this on the brink of sleeping too until i was awoken by loud karaoke from my neighbors

This is me trying || Gojo Satoru x Reader
Satoru spending his time thinking about the love that he lost.
genre: hurt/no comfort, angst
Satoru stumbled inside the entrance; his body was completely exhausted from work. It was like all of his life, soul, and mind got sucked out from how many exorcisms he had to do.
The sorcerer was greeted with the hanging photo frames that decorated your living room as he rolls over to the sofa. It had many pictures of him smiling without a mask, making him look more human than usual.
Satoru, really, is just a simple man— nothing more or less than that. Sure, he could be the strongest alive— but that would never erase the fact that he was still vulnerable.
The silence grew louder, which oddly drew the ghosts of his past near him. All he could envision were the memories that you spent together in that very same living room: the sound of laughter echoing as you watched your favourite show together, the smell of freshly baked cinnamon buns during a very cold December, and the taste of your lips after you poured your heart into him.
All he could wish for was for you to come home— but he knew that you would never return in his arms. It was his own stubbornness that drove you away.
He didn’t want to deny that you were his weakness. It was already written all over his face. The way he’d look at you, talk to you—- or even hold you were dead giveaways! Practically the entirety of the jujutsu knew about how precious you were to him.
That, of course, made his ego inflate. Everyone knew that you were his, and everyone knew that he was yours; however, it would be the same reason why you were torn apart from him.
He uses this moment to think about the depth of this situation. You were so exposed to jujutsu, and it was ripping him into shreds. After you got promoted to grade 1, the higher ups started sending you to even more dangerous exorcisms— almost as if they wanted to get rid of you. These old geezers wanted to see him break and possibly push him beyond the limits of jujutsu.
It went from spending a night without him to getting used to not seeing him for two whole months. Satoru was getting busier and busier as time passed by. No one would have thought that this was all planned out.
The rain was pouring heavily as he exercised his final curse in the outskirts of Osaka until he received a call from Ijichi. Like the idiot that he is, he forgot to charge his phone prior to going out. Satoru’s phone instantly blacked out.
“ Must be important, “ he thought, making his way to the train station to get back to Tokyo. Maybe he should just go Shoko’s office and ask her about Ijichi’s sudden call. The driver only called him whenever there was a mishap in the morgue.
While walking down the hallway, he sensed a familiar energy: it was yours. Though suspiciously faint, he thought that you must have been hurt— but his six eyes were telling him a whole different story.
The first thing he saw when opening the door was a body covered in a white sheet. No other patients were present. Shoko just gives him a pitiful glance before signalling to Ijichi for the both of them to leave the room.
Satoru already knew what was happening, but his heart was fighting for a different truth. He wanted to make an excuse for what was happening, because his subconsciousness was already starting to point fingers. Him being too busy to not be there for you wasn’t a good excuse. You were literally dying; he could’ve been there for you.
What pained him the most was that he hadn’t replied to any of your calls or texts for the past few weeks. He wasn’t able to hear you, talk to you, or even hold you. If he was truly your everything, then why did he treated you like you were nothing?
The last time he’s ever been with you was two months ago. It was raining heavily in the school, so the both of you decided to indulge in some movies. It was nothing special, and it pained him. Satoru wished that he took you out somewhere better—- after all, you deserved more than what the moon could offer.
Satoru kept on telling himself that going on constant missions were to protect you. But at what cost? Losing his time and being “too busy” to come and rescue his dying wife? It all wasn’t worth it— not even worth the time, effort, and all of that stress he went through. Your cold, lifeless body will forever haunt him. It would become a reminder of how stupid he was for doing that to you.
A/N: all I could write is angst LOL #fluffslander

“ETERNITY IS IN YOUR EYES LIKE YOU’RE IN MY HEART”
— the moment when gojo, geto, nanami, sukuna, and toji knew they wanted to spend their entire life with you

a/n: I will upload a bsd version of this soon! <3
GOJO SATORU: when you held him after suguru’s death while pressing soft kisses to the top of his head. vulnerability was something gojo despised, but the way it was so easy, so comforting to show it in front of you held his heart in a special type of way. you always know how he feels and you somehow always say the right thing. even if you don’t say something, your presence alone grounds him.
he feels exposed around you and it doesn’t scare him. instead, he finds himself getting lost in your embrace, his safe place, time after time. he yearns for it and he knows and accepts that his heart belonged to you from the start and till the end of time. so when he does get released out of the realm, he doesn’t notice nor question that he teleported right between your arms.
GETO SUGURU: when he found you cuddling mimiko and nanako. the three of you were fast asleep, but there is no mistaking the protective hold you have on the girls, even when you’re asleep. no wonder they look so content and safe like nothing can touch them in your arms. he still remembers how you didn’t hesitate in welcoming them to the family and as time went by, you were their joy and someone they adored, not more than he does though.
he can’t help the smile that creeps onto his face as he chuckles helplessly. he walks towards you and covers you and the girls with the blanket, but not without pressing a loving kiss to your forehead with a gentle whisper of an “I love you” and caressing your ring finger. he has to know the size after all.
NANAMI KENTO: when he came back home and found you trying to bake something for him as a surprise. you’re moving around the kitchen with such determination and concentration that you don’t notice him. so he is left to admire how you work, your delicate hands, your small smile as you think of how it will turn out, and your endearing reactions to certain things like the batter getting on your nose.
he also finds himself admiring every single part of you—till this day he doesn’t know how he got so lucky. it also brings into light just how much you work and that fact that you do it with love does it for him. it doesn’t feel forced; it’s genuine and full of tenderness. so he decides with a smile that your finger has been bare for far too long.
RYOMEN SUKUNA: when you stood up for him against the people who cursed him out even when they had every right to. he is no good man nor does he need someone—anyone—to defend him. but he didn’t feel as irritated as he thought he would. instead, he felt prideful but confused. why? he asks you later and you tell him that it just happened; you didn’t think twice before responding to them. 'it just happened' he repeats in his head.
he is a terrible guy, rough and cruel. he is someone who lives solely for his own desires and self so he is surprised when he finds his head on your lap that day and his hand is holding onto your own, not to keep you from running but to ground himself. it’s pathetic, he thinks, when he realizes that he can’t live without you anymore.
FUSHIGURO TOJI: when he was going to get a glass of water, but your sleepy form held onto him with a soft plea of ‘don’t leave’. even though the action is so simple, it tugged at his heart strings and he realized just how much of a hold you have on him. almost instantly, he got back to bed and pulled you close into his chest.
he murmured, “never leaving you, doll; that’s the last thing you gotta worry ‘bout.” he always denied having a soft spot for you, but the fact that you want him and need him as much as he does for you affected him more than any other. he thinks that being wrapped around your pretty little finger isn’t something bad like he initially thought so he is okay paying quite the sum on the ring so he can see your smile.
