About me
Hi, my name's Darae Seong, I am a tester. I work on the Infinite streaming platform. Infinite is an OTT platform, provides live streaming as well as video services. It offers more than what you'd expect to include market research, complete product development cycle and monetization options, competitive pricing support and better service.
Online broadcasts are similar to video reviews in that they detail the product and provide close-up details. These broadcasts can be used by retailers to show footage on the product's detail pages. It's just not the same as they're different. They have a big distinction - live streaming is interactive. One participant in research claimed that live broadcasts are more effective than video reviews since they let me get answers to my questions promptly.
Interactivity on broadcasts online is a fantastic way to get more information about products or ask questions. It's similar to visiting the store. Salespeople will greet you and ask you about the products you would like to see. While users cannot talk directly with the host, they can to send text messages that will be shown in the history of chat. If multiple models are showing clothing, viewers can request the model wearing an item to mimic the experience of trying on clothes at the stores.
Another advantage of online broadcasts is that you can quickly get answers to your specific queries that cannot be anticipated or addressed on a product description page.
It may help other people assist shoppers with their questions. One participant stated, "People can ask me questions I've not thought of before." Listening to the presenter's answers to these questions aids me in making a a buying decision as well."
