I went on my own pathway through the woods, and it led me to this cliff. The best revelations I get are always when I follow my own intuition and use my emotions as a compass to guide me to know what location I need to leave and where I need to go. Self-care is crucial to maintain vitality, and here is my routine. I am vegan, and I have always loved plant-based food, as it is high vibrational and easy for me to digest. I have worked out every day of my life only when I have wanted to myself because it is a pleasure for me. Exercising releases endorphins, and I train like an athlete because I enjoy staying active, and this is why I need to drink water and eat consistently, as I have a large appetite and I am five feet eight inches tall. Going to restaurants is one of my favorite activities. Food is a love language for me, and I love to cook meals for others just as much as I love when others cook meals for me. Staying healthy has always been a priority of mine. I am an adult, I have a regular menstrual cycle, my hormones are normal, and my body is functioning in every way it needs to in order for me to thrive. I have always had a fast metabolism, I am nourished, and I am consuming all of the supplements I need, including these vitamins from @eatfungies. I have always felt whole and complete by myself, and this is why I identify as asexual, which has a different meaning for everyone with that label, but for me it represents how I have never had sexual attraction to anyone, and I keep my sexual energy to myself as I personally have always been focused on my career, which is what I invest myself into joyfully. I always stay single and independent, so just because I am comfortable showing my skin does not mean I do it for anyone but myself. I love children, but I only want to support the ones that already exist while helping the world in every way I can to prepare for others who arrive. I was born aware that I am a soul experiencing this body, and that is why I am cherishing the materials I get to use while I am here to create art. I once had a dream of being in ether and looking for a channel on land that would allow me to signal the sky, and that is when I came across the drums, at which point I woke up and started playing. I am very thorough and meticulous, as I prioritize the quality of my work. Maintaining a stable platform and then going from having your head in the clouds to your feet on the ground and bringing your ideas alive is exhilarating when you make plans and execute them exactly how you need to so you can fulfill your purpose in every place you visit. I always enjoy sharing my creations with the world after I have savored them in solitude first, as that is how I am able to be as generous with myself as I am with others, by keeping my process private and then sharing my results to give others the opportunity to gain inspiration to go on their own positive ventures, only relying on self-assurance to be complacent. I always allow myself to get the best outcomes out of every situation by staying open to receiving the information I need to get from it so I can use it efficiently from then on, which everyone can do too.
