I’m so sick and tired of feeling and looking this way. I want everything to be different. I want to be calm, clean, dainty, sweet. I want different.
Mornings🌼
Wake at 8:30am
Open curtains, let fresh air in
Make bed
Drink a bottle of water
Wash/teeth/hair
Get dressed
Go for walk (30 minutes)
Do an activity; reading, puzzle, write, paint, makeup, sing, watch a movie, ukulele
Afternoons🌻
Text people and ask how they are, reply with the same stuff
Drink a bottle of water
Do an activity; reading, puzzle, write, paint, makeup, sing, watch a movie, ukulele
Tidy up your room
Clean something in the house
Administration/to do list stuff
Drink another bottle of water
Evenings🌸
Help mom cook dinner

Go outside for another walk (15 minutes)

Collect all stuff you need the next day

Cringe things that happened to me when I was in the worst phase of my ed
A girl in the locker room, when I said I was anorexic, told me “Well, but you don’t look anorexic, you know, you’re not that skinny” ; consequence —> she didn’t see me at a BMI of 15ish, but I swear her comment made me feel fake for months
My father made me notice that I was having a extra slice of ham and told me “Are you sure? There are so many cals in it”; consequence —> I didn’t eat ham for like 1 year and half
My doctor, was genuinely curious about which was the type of flour that was in my low cals noodles and asked me to check. Consequence —> when I got that maybe the nutritional values on the label could be wrong, I stopped eating every kind of pasta/noodles for like 2 years
My aunt, during my weight gain told me that my thighs were thicker. Consequence —> felt bad for months.
My professors and everyone around me, during the forced recovery kept telling me “Oh, you look healthy and definitely better!”. Consequence —> I was still struggling and that made me feel a fake.
A guy in my university looked me while I was eating a piece of pizza and told me “Aren’t you exaggerating?”; consequence —> Here I was mentally stronger and I told him “Are you fucking serious? Shut the fuck up”, but felt bad anyway
These are just examples, but the point is: AVOID COMMENTS ABOUT WEIGHT/DIET/FOOD/ OR WHATEVER CONCERNS WEIGHT LOSS OR WEIGHT GAIN.
If you have to say something, just let the person knows that you’re there for support. We’d appreciate it way more.
