I've finally rid myself of my other personality. It's the real Malika's time to shine now - my time. It's rather quiet without my imposter's incessant chirping inside my head. So come on...ask me something, fool, or talk to me. I don't bite much. {independent genderbent mariku roleplay blog} {current anon magic: none}

Well now I do. You're equally trying mine.
I told you, I am him.
Or would you like me to spell it out for you?
*she cackles* Oh, you think I’m “impersonating” him? Oh child, you’ve got a lot to learn.
Should I tell you? I don’t think you’ll trust me.
I. Am. Him.
Technically.

((Yes it is. Pro-tip, if you run out of asks and don't mind bothering RP blogs on anon, switch to a different browser xD)) Hmm. Philosophy? I would suggest Friedrich Nietzsche for Miss Malika. Not everything, but I suppose many of his ideas would strike a chord with you. Try the words "slave morality", "noble morality" and the "will to power".
Hm...These are very interesting ideas indeed. I do believe I would like this "Nietzche" man.

I could say the same to you, boy. But - I'd rather not bicker with someone as incredibly insignificant as you right now. I'm Malika.

tombkeepergirl:
She laughed, it sounding like she was having the time of her life though the fear could easily be felt around her. She ran, not looking back once because that might slow her down. “You’re not getting the Rod, so just give up already!” she said back as she ran, starting to pant but still not going to give in that easy.
"When have you ever known me to give up, girl?" Malika laughed with the other girl. "Why don't you just give up? I'll catch you, and you know that. Why delay the inevitable?"
She kept pumping her legs, forward, forward, her fingertips almost just brushing Marika's back. She could tackle her to the ground - grab her shirt - push her - a million different things. Malika lurched forward, hoping her aim was true as she launched herself bodily towards the ground.
...She really hoped she knocked into the other girl, otherwise she was going to be painfully introduced to the ground.
Malika stood in silence, shocked as she watched Marika run off. How dare she! She was going to catch her, and when she did, she was going to - going to…
She was going to have to catch her first, Malika realized, and not stand there thinking of what she’d do when she caught the other girl. So she sprinted forward, and followed Marika’s path as closely as she could.
When only a few feet separated them, she called out, “You - you  make things so - so difficult!” She tried to hide the wheeze in her voice. She hated running.

"A God of Darkness..." Her eyes flickered away from Miho briefly. Who had finally succeeded? Obviously not another version of herself, no, otherwise the girl wouldn't have approached her. No. It would've had to be someone else, some other foe. The Spirit of the Ring was likely, but perhaps an unforeseen foe? Who had crumbled the world - where she had failed to do so - and how? They would've had to beaten the Pharaoh.
She drew in a sharp breath. "How are you here, if what you're saying is true? And - who?" Who beat the Pharaoh. Who took over the world. Who anything. She wanted answers.
She noticed the girl reaching for her neck, but didn’t think on it more than that. It’s possible she was just nervous. Or something. “Hm. Egypt.” Malika frowned and thought over it. “Yes, it’s possible this Namu is related to me somehow, then. More than likely, actually. Almost definitely…Wait.” She leaned forward, staring at Miho intensely.
“What…remained of Egypt? Egypt is unfortunately standing as far as I know.” Her eyes narrowed. “What are you keeping from me, Miho?”

So I heard your mundane was interested in philosophy. Here is a thought - which philosopher does your mundane think you'd get along with the most?
She says that "this is a hard question because most philosophers actually have morals" and apparently I don't have any.
She also said that she thinks I would like René Descartes because of the phrase "cognito ergo sum"...whatever that means. She said she didn't know if he would like me very much, though.

Which of the Millennium Items would you like to possess the most, and why?
I'd like to possess the Rod again, first and foremost, but that goes without saying.
After that...the Puzzle, or the Ring. That way I can eliminate at least one of my adversaries, and make collecting the rest that much easier.

Normal person with a chair vs Malika without Rod. Does Malika Win/Lose?
ooc; ahhh, she'd probably lose big time. based on isis' height and the average height for egyptian women, she's like...5"3? and she's too arrogant to work out enough to have actual muscles. malika'd put up a fight till the end though.

She tittered at the idea that she’d stolen it. “Oh, please. That idiot that called himself your father didn’t even know how to use it - and I ‘stole’ it in self-defense! And it accepted me as it’s owner! It’s mine.” Malika dragged out the last word like a petulant child. “So stop being troublesome, and give it to me. Give it to me!” She let go of the other girl’s wrist and made her hands into fists again, itching with a desire to slam them in Marika’s face.

“…No, I suppose I’m not an ‘ordinary person’.” She snickered a little bit, because she heavily doubted that Miho understood just how much of an understatement that was. She certainly wasn’t ordinary, and sometimes she wondered if she even counted as a person! “Magic and strange monsters are nothing new to me, girl. I’ll believe you or - try my hardest to, at least. Now, where did you meet this Namu?”

Other than tensing up a bit, she didn’t show any sign of fear, though it could just as easily be seen in her eyes, no matter how much she tried to hide it. “Why should I? The Millennium Rod rightfully belongs to me, not you.” She knew Malika was determined to get the Rod, and knew what her dark side was capable of. But she was perhaps just as stubborn. After all, Malika was a part of her, right? She came from Marika’s hatred and darkness. So naturally, she’d be just as stubborn and refuse to give in to her darker side.

She saw the fear in Marika's eyes, saw her stiffen. She also felt her hand snap closed around the other's wrist. "So you do have one then! Wonderful. But - ah, I picked it up first, did I not? I was the first one of us to use it and it always responded better to me anyways. It's mine. Give it to me." She applied pressure to the bones beneath her hand, maybe enough to hurt - maybe not enough to hurt.

Suddenly, she had the urge to hit Marika; hard, in the face, over and over again until her teeth cracked and she was bleeding and raw. The damned girl was trying to keep her from the Rod, no! She would not allow it, she would not. "Either you have the Rod, or you do not. There is no in-between answer here, so be a good girl and just... tell me." Malika said the words as softly and as not-threateningly as possible, while simultaneously reaching for Marika's wrist. She hoped the threat of being touched by her might cause Marika to just give up her silly pretenses just admit whether or not she had it.
If she did have the Rod, Malika was fully prepared to launch at her and rip it out of her cold dead hands.
“I don’t think you answered my question.” She punctuated her sentence with a quiet growling noise, her hands clenching into fists. As…gratifying as it was to have Marika appearing scared of her - the step back, the sound of her voice, those things said yes, she was - it was also incredibly irritating. “Do you, or do you not, have a Rod? Don’t think you can lie to me, girl.”

Good thing I don't want your respect then, isn't it? *grins*
...It appears that you're smarter than I originally thought. Not like that's hard to do, but still. You'd be correct. You may call me Malika. Or I suppose, you could call me "monster" as that likely lines up with what you think of me and also starts with an "m". Whatever you prefer.
It’s not really acting if you truly are almighty and superior, and all others are bugs under your feet, is it? And - at least I had the common courtesy to ask your name, Joey, something you still have yet to do.
