So i've been pondering a lot the lyrics of vol 8 intro song and i had these thoughts cuz Clover's hand is shown to drop his badge(that Qrow kept😭)

Well Qrow really did say goodbye to his dearest friend😭😭😭(and if V7Ep12 didn't happen then fairgame would have been canon🤧)

Clover indeed changed Qrow's life🥺😭😭😭😭😭😭and for the first time in his life Qrow didn't feel like a burden for bringing pain into people's life and hurting them unintentionally bc of his semblance...He was for the first time happy that he could be completely himself around someone and that he could be close to someone without worrying about the consequences...Clover really brought out the best in him </3

Qrow doesn’t respond to that. It’s good to see his brother-in-law, but he doesn’t know what to say.

“What?” Tai asked, raising an eyebrow. “No objections?”

Qrow smiled at him, but it never reached his eyes. It was a hollow gesture, one meant for reassurance and not expression.

“A friend of mine told me I should take the compliment,” he said, sighing deeply. “I’m working on it.”
