In Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, the Hooraws battled in Dreamy Wakeport all have distinctive moods and associated unchanging facial expressions, which are also used to represent them in the overworld.

It is theorized that due to being a group of four characters with distinct moods, they may be based on the ancient proto-psychological theory of the Four Temperaments, which divides human personalities into sanguine, choleric, melancholic and phlegmatic.

These very closely match the Hooraw's personalities. Heavy Zest (top left) is sanguine, Thunder Sass (top right) is choleric, Sorrow Fist (bottom left) is melancholic, and Beef Cloud (bottom right) is phlegmatic. Whether this is a deliberate reference or merely a notable coincidence is unknown.

i spent a long time working on this lol, a long while ago i made a try for sprites and idk it's not perfect so i wanted to perfect them now ! :3

i thought i could expand a LOT on Antasma's sprites especially because THEY DONT LET HIM EMOTE SMHHHHHHHHHHH so i have to do it myself lol , concider this Thorns Of Origins lore lol (there's only 3 canon sprites in this btw, i made/edited the rest)

as for the Rosethorn sprite i had to fully remake it using Peach's sprite as a base (since he's slightly taller than her) aaaand i think he looks better like this! i may make more ngl

plus this bonus because this size difference is crazy and i love them they're so cuteeeee

Happy August 21st! Today marks one year of Fiddzel, aka Yesterday's Tomorrow! Can you believe it's been a full year already?

a year since i made my godawful confession to a friend (you know who you are) that still haunts me to this day... honestly i don't think i've ever probably gushed about him cuz my fixation was back when i Hated doing that. and tbh i still feel a bit embarrassed so i'll keep this short pfft 💀

he may not be my main focus anymore but i assure you i still love him a lot, he's p important to me... i know most people followed me for fiddzel and i know i barely post about us anymore but. a homage to what helped me to gain a bit of traction on tumblr, the start of my blossoming confidence
