things that are real to me:
athena puts a headstone, a bench, and a tree in her backyard, so people have a place to visit bobby.
buck writes down everything he wants to tell bobby and then once a week goes and sits with him, spending hours yapping.
athena comes home multiple times a month and finds buck out there, at all hours of the day and night. she brings him tea and sometimes sits with him for a while.
the first outdoor adventure baby kinard-buckley has is to see bobby.
right there on the grass in front of the headstone is where the baby takes their first steps.
