As if I Knew of Nothing Else but You - السيدة زينب

It was as if my name was called out by your essence, as if you called all of God’s mercy upon me, as if you rebirthed me as a different being; encapsulated in the same body, as if I was orphaned and you called me your child, as if your aura sprouted through me, as if I knew you before I had known myself, as if I was drowning in my own toxicity and you gave me your breaths to prolong my life, as if your sight became my sight, as if my home was where you now live, as if I am a traveler who reached home after years of endless travel, as if I have been given a greater purpose, as if I was swayed by the wind to face a stronger direction, as if you resurrected my being into your palms and showed me what love actually was, as if the sun sets within me and rises from me, as if you cradled me in your arms and made me feel what you felt, as if eternally I am whole, as if externally I knew of humility, as if inwardly, outwardly, and every direction you have led me, it is as if I could feel what I banned myself from; to not only see, or hear - but to feel.
