When the enemy stole everything that belonged to David and his men at Ziklag, the first thing he did was he sought the Lord. He gained strength and then inquired of the Lord. This action led David and his men to recover every single thing that was stolen from their camp. A turnaround! God wants us to inquire of him and gain our strength from him. He wants us to seek him daily. He wants us to delight in Him and his presence. This action will lead us to recover whatever the enemy has plundered in our life because God is faithful. Let's keep pushing and inquiring of God and we also will see a mighty turnaround like never seen before. God is going to restore the years and resources that rightfully belong to his children. Keep pressing, a turnaround is coming!

There is certainly a time and place for physical affection in a dating relationship . But letting the physical lead the way will always skew your judgment, heighten your emotions and fool your concept of commitment. When the physical attributes of your relationship take control, they have the power to ruin a relationship. That’s something worth avoiding as you strive for healthy relationships.

God is the author of the Truth that empowers us. Satan is the author of the deception that imprisons us. That’s why the enemy is thrilled when we don’t open our Bibles. Satan knows how Truth sheds light on darkness and helps us see more clearly what a horrible trap he is luring us into. Let’s open up the Word of God, friends, and let it keep us wiser than our enemy.

Sitting in the presence of God, reading Scriptures, listening to worship music, letting God speak to us personally … these are the things that truly prepare us to be the best for one another relationally. If we don’t spend time in the morning with the Lord battling stresses on our knees, we’ll wrestle in our flesh the rest of the day. And if we don’t lay down being grumpy, negative, anxious, selfish, and angry at the cross… we’ll carry it with us everywhere. Changing locations won’t fix what we carry inside of us. Let’s purpose in our hearts tonight how we’ll spend our mornings in the week ahead, sweet friends.

“If you know someone who’s depressed, please resolve never to ask them why. Depression isn’t a straightforward response to a bad situation; depression just is, like the weather. It’s hard to be a friend to someone who’s depressed but it is one of the kindest noblest and best things you will ever do.”

God wants us to be persistent in prayer asking Him whatever we desire for His glory but sometimes we tend to give up when we don’t see immediate answers thinking that this is not His will.
Maybe closed doors aren’t really closed or God silence doesn’t mean ‘No’. Maybe we are not just eager enough to knock that God may open it for us.
God hears those who ask, those who seek, and those who knock. Those who show Him the importance of what they’re praying for.

Don’t settle for less.
Don’t sell yourself short.
Don’t be rushed into a feeling, a decision, an opinion.
Don’t let anyone talk you down.
Drop the mic often.
Prioritize, for our time on earth is short.
Think for yourself.
Find your vision. Listen.
Do not hide tears; they’re yours.
Trust God. Take heart. Keep passion.
Fight the good fight, fellow traveler.
Fight.

“The challenges that you face right now won’t last forever. The pain that you currently feel will cease once again. But this resilience, this unshakable fearlessness that grows within you, will stay forever. This new found courage will remain in your heart for years to come.”
