Grandma Maggie + Grandma Teena + Danger! Challenge

Your challenge is to write an AU story set some time after Existence and before I Want to Believe, giving William an older sibling (Emily or an original character), a baby or toddler sibling, and a relationship with both grandmothers. One day Teena and Maggie are together looking after the three kids, and after dark they face an unexpected danger. How do they protect their grandchildren, and do they prevail to save the day, um, night? And from who or what??

According to Cortazzo, Duchovny’s two children have “outgrown the house.” He will be moving elsewhere in Southern California, but has not yet decided where. The house, which listed on the market in April, sold for $1.6 million less than its list price, according to records.

The buyer could not be determined from public records, but Cortazzo said that they were most drawn to the property’s Point Dume lifestyle, the private beach access and proximity to good schools.

“Malibu offers a clean lifestyle,” he said. As for the house itself, the buyer was inspired by the architecture and its single-story floorplan, which Cortazzo said people are especially drawn to.
