The pure absolute respect, love and border line toxic infatuation these two have with each others cultures, food, cities and everything else should be studied by science.

You know like kawii & Japan core things Americans do where they will go to Japanese stores and buy Japanese snacks (pocky). and they will order cute kitty things from Amazon and replace all their key board keys with and what not? Or they buy flavored milk and just drink it when I'm sure it's not that great because it's just milk with fruit in it but they will drink it because it's JapanCore <3.

Japanese people do the same thing with American things. I want you all to know that. If you go to Japan you can sell your American core clothing you know shirts with American eagles, American flag hats, army gear, camo shit to Japanese stores and they will pay you good money and resell it in the store. You got like a trader joes tote bag you use to carry your groceries home in? Bring that with you on your trip to Japan they will pay designer bag prices for it. They will wear American flag overalls & hoodies that say US Navy reserve 1974.

I love them and their friendship so much.

Imagine America going to visit Japan and he's dressed in a full kimono he bought with wooden sandals. and he's like "I'm going to blend in so well to his culture he doesn't even know what'll hit him." and when he gets there Japan meets him at the air port dressed in an American flag baseball cap. an NY Mets jersey, Jordans, Levi jeans and a letterman jacket from the 80's that has the name 'mike' on it. and they do the Spiderman stand off thing.
