Bank Fraud is At An ATH!!
As a Banker/Concierge/Universal Banker, Preventing Losses was Very Important.  In my 6 years of Banking I have seen it all and I am very good detecting various Types of Check Fraud, Impersonating other Customers to Make Withdrawals. Wire Fraud, Etc.
The Key to Preventing Losses is to Always Authenticate your Customer with Primary ID and Debit Card. Examine the ID to Ensure there are no Alterations or Imperfections.  Make sure the ID Matches The Customers Appearance. 
Review the Members Account Information, How long has the Account been Opened ?  What is the Current Account Balance and how long has it been sitting there?  If Necessary ask Token Questions to Properly Identify Customer.  Does the Member have Direct Deposit ?  Is the Transaction the Customer is Performing Similar to Transactions they have Performed in the Past or Out of Pattern ? If Out of Pattern Take Extra Steps to Verify the Account before Proceeding.  Examine the Customers Behavior, If you notice Extreme Behaviors, from being Overly Friendly, Flirty, Angry, verbally Abusive Proceed with Caution, Etc.
When It Comes to Preventing Losses, We are the First Line of Defense.

At my previous company, I had a reputation for being able to work with everyone. I enjoy figuring out what motivates people, finding common ground and getting things done.
