some random lyf headcanons bc suddenly ive been feeling really emo about them🥀

something about them tells me they have two moms. both of their parents were alive when the bifrost destroyed yggdrasil and they were very close.

their hair was white/silver, not for any practicular reason i just think their species as an array of hair and skin colors, but after the bifrost it kinda looks like an oil spill. like rainbow when the light hits it. they also wear jewelry braided into their hair, like gold wires and such. hair is very sacred to the people of yggdrasil.

they collect really weird books. they love reading.

practically canon but they're veryyyy prone to overworking themselves. they HAVE passed out at work before much to everyone's alarm. they get migraines often. also im hitting them with my autism beam and when they're sleep deprived their sensory issues get much worse.

they have a really pretty singing voice but they don't sing often.

typical bifrost-makes-lyf-immortal-hc but i think itd be silly if the mechs dont find them until CENTURIES later, like the prison gang figures that if lyf did escape, they've passed by at least old age by now. SURPRISE!!

-> two or three years after escaping yggdrasil, lyf is attacked by a mugger on some backwater planet. they end up getting shot. they die in some random forest lightyears from their destroyed home, in the snow, utterly alone. they die. but then they wake up, a writhing rainbow glow emanating from them and they are so, so, horrified.
