Johnny had retrograde amnesia, causing him to commit suicide because he did not want to trouble Ten any longer. Ten, however could not let go. So, with the help of his friends, he recreated a Humanoid - Johnny. In order to bring character to the robot, Ten inserted his memories. But Ten's memories were too painful for it might eventually lead the Humanoid Johnny to kill itself, so they had to shut it down. With no options left, they took the scattered memories of the dead Johnny, erasing the traumatic part of them so Humanoid Johnny won't try to commit a suicide too. But there's the consequence, weren't the traumatic part of his life the times he had with Ten? If so, will Johnny even remember who Ten is?

i think we expected NCT to hit it big within 2 years. EXO did it with growl, and NCT are just as if not more talented than their predecessors.

first, we can’t deny that taeyong’s scandal—whether or not it was fake—screwed the group over in the beginning. k-netizens called NCT “the group with the scammer” and therefore paid pretty much no attention to them. T7S wasn’t optimal for broadcast. fire truck was pretty much the opposite of public-friendly, not to mention the styling was horrid. chewing gum wasn’t everyone’s cup of tea, and some people felt weird abt Dream cuz they’re so young. by the time the whole taeyong situation was cleared up, the damage had been done.

2nd gen idols like SNSD/SHINee/f(x) had the advantage of going on variety. the kpop community was much smaller than now, and agencies catered less to international fans. the only content we got on such groups were shows like star golden bell, happy together, etc. now, tho, i-fans are coming in droves, and they have tons of options. the market is saturated as hell. it’s understandable that it takes a while to warm up to NCT. the concept is intimidating—multiple units and tons of members turn off new fans.

and as an nctzen it hurts. it hurts like hell. their dancing, voices, talent aren’t getting recognition. their music is so good. the dreamies pretty much gave up their childhood for this. they’ve been working since 2014. and you feel so inadequate, because we haven’t been able to give back, and sm continues to do the bare minimum for them.

but no matter what happens, whether they hit it big with a song like growl, or have to work for years and years to reach that ceiling— no matter who stays or who gets lost along the way— i’ll stand by them and support them, because the boys deserve it all and so much more.
