Why drink craft beer.

With craft breweries becoming more and more popular, people are choosing to drink craft beer instead of the bigger beer brands. There are many reasons why people are doing so but I am going to focus on three of them. The three reasons that stood out to me the most were that there is more variety in choices when drinking craft beer, craft beer overall has a better taste to it, and to support your local businesses.

 There is more selection and more styles to pick from when drinking craft beer. Craft breweries use their creativity and are always experimenting to find something that will taste different but great.  Which leads me to my second reason, big beer companies make their beer watered down and it taste nothing more than that, watered down beer. Craft breweries use more quality ingredients that give the beer a better taste. Lastly, by buying beer from local craft brewers you are not only helping your local brewer but also your local economy.

Eng1021 post assignment 1

Something i do well as a writer is knowing that good writing can always use a second opinion. So i always like to get my paper read by somebody else before saying it is complete. I think i could improve on my writing by not using so many words or sentences that may not be necessary. Ill re-read my paper a couple times and only leave good concrete details that are essential to my paper. Throughout the class this term, i hope to acheive over all in my writing because writing papers has always been a challenge for me. Being a great writer is a big benefit in school. Although your english classes are the classes you are learning new things on to improve your writing, you are also improving your writing for which youll have to use in other classes when you are assigned other assignments. Not just in your english class. Knowing how to write a good paper will benefit you in all of your classes as a student.
