step three: if your still hungry itโs not appetite itโs hunger have a low cal snack if you can like some chicken or a protein bar, youโll stay full for longer
step four: go on a long walk or workout, thatโs good motivation not to eat or atleast burns off the light snack you had.
Iโm literally going to cry. I know that I still have a ways to go, but I just calculated my BMI for the first time in a while and Iโm now IRL skinny! I never thought that Iโd make it to this point, and I canโt wait to drop another classification ๐
